I did wonder this too. Could the frozen transfer have failed and she got pregnant by Doddy around the same time and everyone has just assumed it's Dan and Emily's?

I think it will turn out that the Neve who was murdered was involved with Kaya’s father and maybe Shirley Henderson’s character, Kaya’s mother murdered her, and Kaya took the blame. Surely the Gynaecologist would have noticed if she was pregnant already when they went for the ivf treatment?
I love the sister Hilary’s house. Does anyone in Glasgow know what area it is in?

Yeah I'm guessing if that is the case then she slept with Doddy right after the transfer and got pregnant then. Having had IVF myself, they would definitely have noticed if she was already pregnant.
