Changed the name of this thread as we were very upset with the ending of series 3 out in Bangladesh! Waiting out for news of series 4 and hoping it might not be long now. In the meantime, we are reviewing the seven series of Soldier Soldier.

I have said it before but given Throbber's attitude, I am surprised he even passed his basic training. I think it was "Magi* who said he was a bit like Smurf but maybe even worse.

Mimi is a bit like Molly on her first tour, giggly and just veery young :-).

I wonder how prof can put up with being someone as dumb as Throbber. He's far too intelligent to be a squaddie.

Now Mimi is definitely learning from Georgie, picking up all her worst habits and answering back to officers.

Monk has matured a lot since series 2 as well. He was extremely "gobby" the first time we met him.

Cultural sensitivities...never was an expression less appropriate than when you witness Throbber in action.

A few perks of the job - mind you Hershey bars are yucky - not a patch on galaxy or Lindt.

Colour needs to have a word with Throbber...
