Anyone looking forward to watching this tonight? 9pm on BBC1.
It's a co-production with Netflix, starring Toni Collette (Muriel's Wedding , The Sixth Sense).

Apparently it's the naughtiest drama to grace the BBC! They've said they are ready for a swarm of complaints..

it was nice to see Paul Kaye though. I have always liked him but he hasnt been on TV for a while.

VanGoghsDog · 19/09/2018 12:38

Paul Kaye was the dad in Three Girls.

He'll always be Dennis Pennis to me. Urgh to Marc with a C. Not a patch on lovely Wiliam and his dimples. Alan the husband is completely falling in love with Claire.

troodiedoo · 19/09/2018 15:18

@The80sweregreat he pops up in game of thrones a fair bit.

The80sweregreat · 19/09/2018 15:28

I've never watched Got : my sons are obsessed with it though.

troodiedoo · 19/09/2018 15:46

it's quite good for playing spot the actor.

VanGoghsDog · 19/09/2018 16:10

I've never watched GoT but everyone seems to have been in it, one way or another.

The80sweregreat · 20/09/2018 01:47

Ds2 told me some actors beg to go in GoT and don't get a fee just want the publicity and future jobs! Looks a load of rubbish to me!

OneToThree · 20/09/2018 14:40

Just watched this weeks. I love it. It makes me laugh. And it is so cringy at the same time.

MargotLovedTom1 · 20/09/2018 14:46

Game of Thrones is amazing and about 50,000 leagues above Wanderlust!

PaulHollywoodsleftbollockhair · 20/09/2018 14:52

Along with Vikings , GoT is one of the best things on 📺

Lottapianos · 20/09/2018 21:55

I'm quite enjoying it. It's bonkers but entertaining and I love Toni Collette

VanGoghsDog · 21/09/2018 11:00

Definitely 'bonkers'!

Whisky2014 · 23/09/2018 17:46

I like it Blush

Lottapianos · 23/09/2018 18:53

Glad I'm not the only one Whisky!

Whisky2014 · 23/09/2018 18:55

Im on episode 3. I mean, its easy watching with sex exploration and some goofy moments. Whats not to like?!

ellenanora5 · 24/09/2018 23:32

I've watched the first two, will watch the third and see his it goes, but I was wondering was it the funeral of the person who was driving the car that knocked her down.

Horsemad · 25/09/2018 17:41

I watched the third last night on iPlayer. I was more interested in the (elder?) daughter's nice shoes than anything else!

Lottapianos · 26/09/2018 16:08

'my ex wanted kids. I never saw the point of......kids'

Grin. I enjoyed that line!

Horsemad · 26/09/2018 17:03

I've just watched episode 4 which I quite enjoyed. I liked seeing the dynamics between the characters.

0hCrepe · 26/09/2018 17:08

Enjoying this but sometimes getting irritated by Toni collette’s character being completely unable to finish a sentence when she’s saying something ‘difficult’. Because really a therapist should be pretty good at that. Spit it out woman!!

VanGoghsDog · 26/09/2018 17:55

Toni Collette also looks like her skin is crying out for a decent hydrator!

Horsemad · 26/09/2018 17:55

I also like that Toni Collette doesn't look like she's had a load of work done on her face!

Lottapianos · 26/09/2018 18:27

I agree Horsemad. She has a very refreshing look for a woman in her 40s on TV

spiderlight · 27/09/2018 11:12

@ellenanora 5 In episode 4 it's revealed that it was the funeral of one of her marriage counselling patients who committed suicide, and that he phoned her before he did it and she didn't pick up because she didn't like him/struggled to connect with him in the therapy sessions. She was the last person he called before he jumped so she's carrying guilt about whether she could have prevented it, and I think it was seeing his wife that distracted her before she was knocked off her bike.
