Anita was excellent.
She couldn’t make custard and she couldn’t make a Roux. Both very basic methods I nvolving the same idea. And I think her food looked good but on tasting everyone was underwhelmed. They looked far better than they actually were.
I think where she perhaps went wrong was wasting too much time acting and prancing about when she could have been cooking.
She does come across as a really nice woman though.
