I agree. Wilmore could have had Jim done for ABH. /assault. Liz wasn't "made to choose" she just couldn't have Jim on the premises in return for Willmore not pressing charges and she agreed to that willingly enough when she took on the Queen's. Nothing to stop her being with Jim off site. Liz seems to have forgotten about how Jim almost budgeoned the teen thief to death, why was he not investigated for that?

He always seems to be in The Rovers whenever the piano needs playing, but has never shown his face onscreen, or been allowed to speak!
