"The Word" was a late night Tv programme in the 90,s on channel.four very controversial , I vaguely remember watching the episode she was on ,she seemed drunk and I think she was slagging off corrie ,you could probably watch the clip on you tube.

Ah the past, no mobile phones, no indicator on the LL to tell you the caller's number or of it's with held. I got a non speaker on the line too back in the late eighties. You had to pay quite a lot to have it traced and needed to keep the caller on the line for well over a minute iirc. I just got my number changed and moved flat PDQ but I suppose Denise needs to keep hers for trade
