Oh my god squoosh, I remember years ago I worked in a supermarket, the deli counter was only becoming popular, I was standing there chatting to my friend and a customer came up and asked for something called Jee, we didn't know what she was talking about so got the manager, after a while when she explained what it was he shouts " oh you want Gee" of course we burst out laughing and coudn't stop, he sent us to the break room and told us to grow up, we were sixteen

My theory is that there is no 4th wall in that room they eat in and the runner just brings the plate in round the side. The doors are just there for a wee bit of jeopardy.
