Brian has taken a different flat, can't remember which one he said but they mentioned leaving Roy's I am sure. Daniel has really come into his own as a character, he didn't look promising at first but I really like him now. Cannot understand what he sees in drippy Sinead though.

I agree that Daniel is great. I also can't understand why he regards Sinead as such a catch though. Perhaps he regards her as someone more reliable and homely than his mum was.

I like Steve and Tracy because i know a couple who are a bit like this, complete with the eye-rolling child.

Not sure about the Carla situation, no doubt it'll be resolved quickly after much angst. I knew someone in this situation, she was poorly on/off for over 15 years; some really good times, some bloody awful.

Did Angie (Jude's wife) say that she got pregnant with George on the third date (when she was in the bistro with Toyah?). I don't understand how SS weren't involved more with Billy and why he and Todd were allowed to take in Summer when the Granny wanted her?? Yeah, agree with others about Billy - that Morphine is being pumped!

I had given up with Corrie but watched to see Carla's return - but why? another ridiculous storyline. As for Steve - he seems to forget that Michelle cleaned him out over the divorce causing his mum to lose the beloved pub and now he wants to help her/get back with her? messing his daughter (and Tracey)around yet again. Daniel is the only bright spark atm.

I'm another Daniel convert & love Carla & Roy together but all the rest are pretty shit!

I think Aiden as he'll be redeemed in everyone's eyes and he'll die for his sacrifice just as him and Eva realise they still lond each other

Maybe Phelan or Billy will miraculously match. Then comes redemption and forgiveness, and the character can remain.

I thought Ken was good in the hospital scenes. Quite chilling.

I think Daniel is better now that he no longer has to act like a young Ken, iykwim, he seems to have ditched his Ken 'props', scarf, book always in his hand etc. He is his own man now and much more rounded and likeable. Agree with pp Ken was quite scary in those hospital scenes. Glad to see Carla back but disappointed with the kidney storyline, I was hoping her return would be a bit more upbeat.

Does Daniel still write articles for the local paper? At one time he was looking into Phelan's scam with the flats.

I thought there'd be a storyline about Rubeh setting fire to the Christmas tree.

I think that the Phelan thing was put on hold completely when Bruno Langley was convicted, and the Billy/Susan storyline hurriedly brought forward. I'm pretty sure that Daniel will be instrumental in Phelan's story though.

On another subject, Ken's dog is nearly 13 now! I wonder how long Kate Oates will go before she realises that she can't keep a 20 year old terrier!

I think Brian is moving back into the flat he shared with Julie. IIRC he bought it from Jason? It's the one that Tina and the bloke who ran off with her mate he had the arranged marriage with lived in.

Has Carla got cheek implants? It really looked like you could see the outline in the scene outside the bistro.

I'm guessing the Rubeh and Hawp storyline will be completely forgotten once Fizz comes back from the jungle.

And are we really meant to believe that Ruby set the trampoline alight? I should think it would take quite a while to get it going.

yes I think she's had work done. but it suites her. she's beautiful.
I always think that when Carla is 'away' Michelle is very beautiful but then when Carla is back she makes Michelle somehow look weird in comparison to her
