John Stape died. As much as I love Rosie, she was anything but an airhead when she was having an affair with John Stape. She was manipulative and very calculating.

Oh god yeah. I had completely forgotten about that! I was just reading about the siblings playing the parts of Hope, Joseph and April in Emmerdale. I haven't watched emmerdale for over a year but I loved the April actress. Very cute and a good actress too. Their parents must be really proud.

Rosie used to be a really vile character. She was horrible.

He was Hopes Dad. Married to Fizz. They apparently met as teens but lost contact and then when he started teaching in chesney school Fizz started dating him (she dumped Kirk for him). He killed a load of people, took Rosie, chesney and two elderly people hostage.

He also gave Sally some private tuition and she made a play for him God knows why because no woman with an ounce of common sense would have touched him with a barge pole.

Wow did not know that! Only been watching 5y befire that Sally kids were tiny just being told to go wash hands for dinner!

loving classic Corrie and amazed at how many of the characters I remember, quite cool watching two different time lines of the same characters.
I have it on series record and it is my guilty pleasure of an evening with a cuppa.

As I remember, Simon as a very small boy did not really look biracial, but he certainly does now.

I remember talking about Simon looking biracial a few years ago to a colleague who'd only been watching since the mid-noughties and he was amazed when I told him that Lucy was white as he'd assumed she was black.
