Not sure that I'm spoilering as this episode has been and gone, but I'm thinking now Gary doesn't have the weight of Phelan threatening to tell Sarah about the baby and Anna is in prison he will deal with him directly. Think the Phelan arc is finally going to end.

Ruby's mother was the evil Kirsty. Her parents were in a couple of episodes. Her father was white and her mum black. Kirsty looked mixed race.

Like I said I know it happens that occasionally in mixed race children/adults either the black or white gene can dominate, and that sometimes you can get twins of mixed parentage where one looks very fair and one very dark but it's rare.

Rana was claiming she was going on a home visit, presumably that's why she was in her uniform.

And they can't go on a date somewhere else because there is no world outside of coronation street of course.

Have they changed the actors for both Hope and Ruby?

Think same kids, just bearly seen them last 18m so all of sudden look grown up. Though Hope was more blonde hair but can darker as get older. Or maybe ditched and got one that could speak as This one seems into “acting”.

They’ve changed hope but I’m not sure about ruby. Hope is Joseph’s sister in real life.

Also both are sister of April in emmerdale.
