I find this compulsive viewing even though all the characters annoy me, especially Gemma.

Whatever happened to the doctor -female who went to the same university as Simon?

Why was there that shot at Roz's wedding of Gemma disappearing behind a bush?

God...the hate sex scene was cringe worthy.

@Deadsouls yes that sex scene was risible.
The choreographed pacing around the room ( that looked like something from League of Gentlemen) and the glittering eyes etc.

Omg yes and the weird cringe bit after they'd done their business and they were staring at each other across the room naked, her crounching on the floor and him sitting on something - heavy breathing

Actually it's making me chuckle just thinking about it...they're just not very likeable characters really.

And...that Anna across the road - I find her a bit strange tbh

That's what I thought she said but it didn't really fit with what followed!!

I don't know where they're going to go with another 2 episodes? I think they should have ended it with them driving away.

Tbf Roz is a shit friend. None of them are likeable at all are they? I think we're supposed to like the teacher and Kooky Roz but I don't. She's two faced and he's a massive drip.

@EnidButton I totally agree that Roz is a shit friend. If I loved someone enough to ask them to be my bridesmaid, there wouldn't be a cat in hell's chance I'd got to her bastard ex husband's housewarming.

And the teacher storyline is a joke. There is zero chemistry, the casting is terrible, nothing about it works or is something I think she would do.

I'm so glad people have been posting about Ros - i was so INCENSED by her last series. She is a toad.

Can't work out if Ros is an otherwise good actor just pretending to ham it up, or whether she really is THAT BAD in real life....your thoughts, viewers?

she is a bad actor, wasnt she a doctor on holby or casualty, Really Bad

I've seen the Roz actress in a couple of other things and she was equally bad and annoying in those roles too.

I was cringing at that Petula Clark clip almost as much as for the hate sex scene

I thought that about Ros actor's acting last series. I think she was a big part of the reason I gave up watching. Couldn't work out if it was put on to show the character was insincere or she was supposed to be like that or it was bad acting. Think she's slightly better this series but unfortunately I think it's just bad acting.

Actually enjoying this thread more than the programme itself
