I think I found it such difficult viewing as my parents had a very messy damaging divorce when I was Tom's age.
It was a shit series and I absolutely won't watch the next one which will be about Tom. Both parents were utterly unlikeable. Bollocks.
Seeing children upset always upsets me.

And that cringeworthy talking to the camera made it feel like some sort of documentary - awful.

I guess it leaves it open for series 3 with the whole missing persons storyline !! I'm fucked off at this ending ! So disappointed

Really poor series. The acting, the story, the one dimensional characters. Should have ended it after series 1.

I didn’t like series 2 at all, Suranne Jones mostly got on my tits with her breathy acting voice and psychotic behaviour. Crap programme should’ve ended at series 1.

Kind of relieved I don't have to listen to Suranne wail "Tom!" one more time. Her accent seemed so different in the second series. Or maybe I just got more irritated with Gemma.

Yeah. I must admit she does somewhat undermine her own credibility in asserting she's been a great mum. Really, love? Odd scripting not to appreciate that most parents going through a separation are massively mindful of any impact. Why the emphasis on working mothers and PND as if there's any shadow of a doubt that maybe - maybe - it's the domestic violence and threat of suicide that's giving Tom the sads.

I think Suranne Jones spoke to the camera just to make sure that even people living under rocks would be crystal-clear that it all turned to bonafide shit. Belt and braces.

Dear god. That's certainly one of the more bonkers series I've ever see. Weird, confusing, pointless, shocking script and awful acting in parts. Total waste of time. Just bizarre
