Arya said she can talk in their voice and walk in their body when she's wearing a face didn't she? And apart from the jaquen hgar thing I think we are meant to understand that they remove the faces after killing.

I'm not feeling this series either though. It's like they had an idea for some enormous set pieces, and can't be arsed enough to fill in all the bits in between.

GRRM has given them some big events but the script writers seem unable to write the characters in a way to do the development GRRM did. It's all so unsubtle compared to the books "I will call you......my queen" seriously can you imagine a book character saying that?
He needs to finish the books or we are going to have the most unsatisfactory ending

Remember the series trailer that had Cersei breathing out icy air? Does that signify a Night King & Lannister connection?
If the mountain is dead undead, then presumably he can walk past the wights undetected? This means two things, he could get close enough to kill the night king, javelins aside, or he could negotiate with the night king for Cersei.

I'm really intrigued by the nights king and what he wants. He spooks me with his stillness.

Small aside - why is he the nights king and not the winters king?

Also having seen the latest trailer I am now connvinced arya is the lone wolf and will be bumped off next week.

Yeah, Maisie Williams isn't the greatest actor the world has ever seen. Mind you, she's no worse than the bloke who played Robb.

Even worse, he called her 'Dany' which came out of nowhere for the show series. Seriously, that came out of nowhere and made me want to throw up. Seriously naff.

Here we are trying to explain how faceless men works in the light of a show-universe logic which does not even obey it's own rules.

Arya was carrying around those faces in a satchel FFS? Sansa should have been able to locate them from the smell!

We binge watched the seasons previous to this so I didn't have time to really get a handle on things!

Arya was great prior to returning to Winterfell, this episode she annoyed the hell out of me.

SheStood not sure why Benjen didn't get on. He said 'there's no time' but I suspect it's more to do with him not being able to cross the wall.

Dany is Jons aunt because his real parents are Lyanna Stark (Neds sister) and Rhaegar Targaryen (Danys brother) it turns out they got married in secret so he's actually a legitimised Targaryen and therefore has more claim to the throne than Dany.

Why didn't Dany teach her dragons to fly zigzag - fluting straight nearly got them killed before! And teach them to go for the one at the back on a horse first!

And why wouldn't the dead go into the water to get at Jon and co, yet they were fine pulling out a dead dragon?

And where is the Harry Potter source of gillyweed that they all use to breath underwater??

So much is annoying me this season.

This article is about the BWoB in the books, obviously their story arc is quite different in the show, there's no Lady Stoneheart for starters!

As a side note, AWOIAF is a brilliant website, I could spend hours reading things on there! The TV series equivalent is a Game of Thrones Wiki.
