I've just read the season 8 'spoilers'. They'd really really really better not be true!! Awful (entertaining but if that ends up being the actual ending to a phenomenal show I will be mightily pissed off).

It might sound really daft, and I've never been Team Dany, but the description of her dead body being strung up in KL for some reason really upset me!

Hi, can I join in? I've read every spoiler I can find and watched the leaks too. I also saw the supposed series 8 leaks and I'll be seriously peed off if they are true.
Apparently GRRM has told D&D the ending, so if the leaks are true then the books aren't even going to get me the ending I want.

Yeah I'd like B and T to get together and the hound to find someone to love him and make it all better rushes to audition for that role and the iron throne can go ro anyone who wants it and manages to survive, which does of course narrow options enormously.

I used to want Brienne to get with Jaime but his twincest storyline this season has been nauseating. I think she's better off with Tormund.

I think the Hound and Meera would make a good couple. They could compare notes on how unappreciated they have been for their efforts dragging Stark siblings around Westeros. Plus, she's not ginger.

Yes, Dixie I did notice that. I watched it again last night on our 55" TV and was looking out for it as I'd seen it mentioned.

It definitely happened, but I have no theory as to why.

Maybe Jon can now warg into the wolf head on his sword - it's cheaper CGI than Ghost. All the Starks were able to warg into their direwolves. It's how Arya in the book realises that Catelyn died in the red wedding; she sees her body washed up on the banks of the river when warging into Nymeria in a dream.

Sansa's 'warging' ability has been somewhat delayed by losing her wolf. There is a theory that she replaced her wolf with a Dog, and there is the odd hints in the books that support this.

Apologies if already mentioned but do we know if the dead dragon is definitely viserion?
Had a thought, just because it has been made a white does not mean the knight king could actually ride it. I would have thought that it would be the same in that only certain humans can ride the dragons. Could it be rhaegon(?) and the fact it is now an ice dragon mean that only Jon can ride it?

That is a million dollar question. Howland Reed is MIA in both books and show. There are millions of 'theories' abotu mystery characters who may or may not be Howland Reed but none are very convincing. Best guess is he's hanging out in Greywater Watch (which floats around and has no fixed location).

Wobblebeans great vid. The teleportation in season 6 was bad but this season they can no longer pass it off as 'we don't show how long passes'.

boatfirl the dragon was definitely Viserion. It is now undead which means it is controlled by the Night King. There would be no point in the 'plotline' if the show was not going to have the Night King riding it.
