Militarily that was an absolute load of twonk. Not even just small errors - huge stonking enourmous ones. Last week and the week before I actually said to DH that they were making a good job of it. Not now.

Take out the Army aspect - and it was a good 'soap' episode. Although, I now think Georgie is a complete shit.

I do think it was the weakest episode though, which is a shame. Not a good way to end.

What a hugely disappointing ending. The episode verged on boring until the last 15 minutes and even that was underwhelming. What a shame, I've enjoyed this series a lot but the finale left much to be desired.

nickle- I forgot to watch right to the end and then read your post and rolled it back!!! No CJ with rigger gloves... But he made up for it the suit with the school boy tie!
It was the ending in thought would happen and good new for a 3rd series. Plenty for us to speculate for the next two years..

Rich and ice I don't think we'll be doing a recce on Fleetwood beach the next time we meet up. It doesn't really have the same kudos as dinner at Bailbrook House!

It was from the BBC rhu, so I'd hope so ... And I think they'd have a lot of angry fans it they don't do it now!

Hey it might be earlier than two years - remember the BBC took months before they announced this series whereas they've announced a third one ASAP.

I'm not disappointed exactly, far from it, but did think there'd be more of a "will he or won't he survive" at the end. I kept looking at my watch working out how many minutes left in the programme.

I'll watch a third series quite happily.

Article says it MK will be back and not ruled out LP or Dr Dull.

Hmmm I'd quite like a one off webisode of CJ,, Molly and kids doing family stuff. One can dream.

That's a good pic Nickel, but there was one very brief view of the whole of him, right at the start of that scene, that made me sit up. Wouldn't go as far as legs akimbo, but will have to rewatch!

Yes, read the article. Quite interesting from TG but I have to say that at least on here, we had all thought that Georgie would go off on her own so it was the ending we thought would happen although she does still love Elvis but she's put herself first. Good for her! Anyway, she's far too young to get married - don't know why her family kept pushing all that. They were all easily won round at the end weren't they.

Sounds like a third series would hopefully be next year by not another two years.

Obviously coming at this from a different angle, thought the ending was the only choice she could make & the right choice. exLt you must have sussed out by now that we don't watch for the military accuracy!!!!
