although slightly enjoyed the family dynamics going on last night, unfortunately DD's favourite programme and in fact Guardian seems to recommend it^

40,000 posts, fireside wrestling contests, fan-fiction, autograph requests, carol concerts, CJ Grand Tours later we are about to watch the last episode of series 2. And that first post is a distant memory.

October 2014 and we weren't even up to the final episode in the first series (19 October rings a bell) and here we are, not quite two years down the line and it's the last episode in series two. What a lot we've gone through together in that time! Hope we're still going strong if there's a third series!

My Bailbrook House friend is coming for her tea on Thursday night and I am imagining a post-mortem on the series but as big a telly addict as she is, I don't think she will want to go into every last detail - I rely on you lot for that!

Ilove this Sunday coming would have been ep 4 (12th October).

Have missed the huge OMG will CJ live and who the bloody hell is that funeral for? Was a tad more exciting than who will Georgie end up with? Or who will Abu kill! Will he be caught in time.
Having said that it's been a most enjoyable series

The Telegraph review at the weekend said it has a traditional soapland ending but that could mean anything really, good or bad.

I suppose the second series of a lot of programmes may lose a bit of the excitement of the first series but we are so heavily invested in OG. I've really enjoyed this though and like giantcar, watched all my favourite bits last night!

Morning! Been AWOL for a few days as a bit on the busy side and to be honest, I know you'll find this hard to believe, I ran out of things to say!

Kelly so glad you've broken radio silence and are back from that undercover 'Operation School Start' nice to have you one hundred percent by our sides.

I saw something about a soapy ending in a review - that could be good or bad I suppose Hmm but I see that TG is teasing us a bit on his twitter account - asking 'will everyone survive' and talking about how cute the 'actors' Dr Jamie and Georgie look together in that interview together. I think he's just trying to incite our outrage at the suggestion they'll end up together - which works from both the Elvis haters and lovers point of view. I still think Nan should say something blunt to Georgie and that Georgie should save Elvis this time and quote Last of the Mohicans back at him!

Gotta go, things to do. Will return later...

Kezia I love seeing your name. Did you know that one of our most famous New Zealand writers was Katherine Mansfield. She lived in England for a long time. Wrote short stories, the most well known being "A Doll's House". Regularly studied by senior students at high school. The heroine is Kezia!! You might enjoy reading the story.

Do you know I read those slightly 'sniffy' reviews and it just reminds me of the gulf that exists between the things we really like and the things they tell us we ought to like!
