Morning all. It's been so quiet on here this week. Opened my OG DVD last night. The only bit I hadn't seen was the actor playing Abu describing the character. What a difference without that horrid beard! The rest of the stuff we've seen on here.

Had my hair cut slightly differently yesterday. Hope it looks ok once I've washed it myself.

Heat restored.. it's controlled by a heat sensitive thingy that Mum has conveniently next to the fire, which was on as it was cold due to no heating. Sensor now lives not next to heating!!

Afternoon! thank goodness it's Friday - the wine is in the fridge to chill for later - hooray!

When I hear stories like that one about LP getting death threats I seriously wonder what's going on with some people. Now, I know we are all slightly bonkers on here but it's in what I consider a 'normal' way, if you know what I mean. Don't those rather silly girls - and I assume it is 'girls' could be boys though - know you can get in serious trouble for making threats on line however little you mean it? I suppose that is the stupid and dangerous side of social media.

Anyway highlights of my weekend include Halloween SCD - yep, sad but true and a long day watching DD at a competition which is no good for my fingernails! What have you all got planned?

moojangles I just wanted to offer my guest room. They switched on the central heating last week, and it turns out that the underfloor heating in my flat is completely buggered. The guest room has 28°C permanently, the bed rooms have 19°C (basic temp of the house) and none of them can be regulated. I got a bit angry on the phone this morning, and hopefully they will have it fixed on Monday morning. Until then, I'll be regulating the temperature in the guest room soviet style (by opening the window).

I watched OG the film the other day, and it's still highly watchable (love Cpl. Geddings).
And I watched OG2 Ep 3 just to watch Elvis being a hero and a loser on one day ...

That's totally crazy mad about the death threats! Very scary.
Just cracked open the prosecco getting ready for a night out with the docs/nurses and staff at work. It could any way.... must remember i work with them!

Rhu and ice, I did consider offering Luke sanctuary in my house if the threats got too much for him.

I'm totally kn......d tonight and have no intention of moving away from the fire and the telly. One of the cats seems to have the same idea.
