Are you in U.K. What time do you think it'll be on here?

DryWhiteagainW · 07/09/2017 22:16

Madame F just one episode? Shock I've done 3 tonight saddo

Lessstressedhemum · 09/09/2017 09:44

Sozzled, I think it comes online at 5am on Monday morning. At least, so says HH. I will be getting up sharpish!

snozzlemaid · 09/09/2017 23:14

Great. Think I'll be getting up early Monday morning too then.

FannyFifer · 09/09/2017 23:53

Can't wait!

Middleoftheroad · 10/09/2017 08:33

I'll be avoiding social media all day (and this thread) as I wont get to watch til after work. excited Smile

madamefraser · 10/09/2017 09:32

Drywhite I like to string it out so I can drip feed !!! Addiction ...

SeamusMacDubh · 10/09/2017 10:12

Just checked Amazon by searching "Outlander" and no sign of series 3 on there whatsoever at the moment, not even a trailer!!! I'm hoping it will have appeared by this time tomorrow, though I probably won't get to watch it until the evening when the DC are in bed

JuneFromBethesda · 10/09/2017 20:15

My lovely husband has an overnight trip with work tomorrow - excellent timing Grin I will be bribing the children with ipads and sweets so I can watch in piece tomorrow evening.

JuneFromBethesda · 10/09/2017 20:17

The question is: how many times do you think you'll watch and rewatch S3 E1 this week?? I only discovered Outlander when both series were already available in their entirety on Amazon, so I never had to wait for new episodes and could gloriously binge-watch ... this is going to be agony!

jollyjester · 10/09/2017 20:38

I made DH watch the last 3 episodes of season 2 last night in preparation for tomorrow night!

DryWhiteagainW · 10/09/2017 22:56

June I binge watched S1 for the first time last spring then watched S2 weekly. Really spoiled it for me watching only one episode at a time.
I'm worried that they will make us wait a few episodes before we see a reunion.....I need Jamie and Claire together ASAP, really no bothered about the Boston with boring Frank bit at all .

Middleoftheroad · 10/09/2017 22:57

Just watched S3 ep1 on Kodi!

snozzlemaid · 11/09/2017 04:40

Not on Amazon yet.

snozzlemaid · 11/09/2017 06:00

Appeared on prime at 5am. Just finished watching it. I'll await everyone else catching up so won't say too much but I loved it.
It's so so good to see the story continue at last.

JuneFromBethesda · 11/09/2017 08:11

DryWhite according to the episode listing, 'A Malcolm' is episode 6, so I think we have that long to wait until they're reunited ... sorry Grin

Good to get a positive report snozzle !

SeamusMacDubh · 11/09/2017 08:44

Watching it now... AAAAAAAARRRRRHHHHHHHH!!!! Grin

Calmanglass · 11/09/2017 09:07

Watching it now... is it wrong that I am more worried about what will happen to Murtagh than anyone else?! Obvs Jamie and Claire must survive but oh if Murtagh doesn't I'll crySadGrin

Tomselleckhaskindeyes · 11/09/2017 09:25

I've watched and loved it. I like that they closely follow the the books but where the books get waffly they get it just right in the series. Also Jamie Fraser is also marvellous!!! I soooo would!!

SeamusMacDubh · 11/09/2017 09:54

It's brilliant and you're not left feeling like they are dragging it out, though they aren't missing bits out either. It's just right! Loved the first episode, will probably watch a couple more times over the week in anticipation of next Monday's episode!!!

slalomsuki · 11/09/2017 11:55

Just watched it and loved it. I can't really remember all of book 3 as I read it at least 3 years ago but some key bits have come back to me for the next episodes eg the Amber.

I can see why war in those times was so brutal with all the close combat and just a waste of lives in general. Not changed in modern time though but less face to face.

snozzlemaid · 11/09/2017 12:59

Saw a tweet from Cait earlier that said we will hear from Murtagh again. I thought they couldn't leave it like that. We have to know what happened to him. I'd love the show to let him survive and live at Lallybroch with Jenny and Ian. Even better would be him staying with Jamie & Claire.
Dp must have looked on Amazon - he texted me to say he couldn't believe I'd watched it without him. So I'll definitely be watching again later.
Will try to pay more attention. Think I say there watching stupefied earlier. Couldn't believe I was finally watching it.

Lessstressedhemum · 11/09/2017 13:39

I sat there with tears streaming down my face and my children laughing at me! I will need to watch it again later, in peace. It was very powerful, Sam was brilliant as always. Still don't like frank, although he is being portrayed much more sympathetically than in the book, thus far.

Njordsgrrrl · 11/09/2017 14:06

I cried. Twice.

First at the opening credits. The scene when Claire picks up her skirts and runs and the music swells... always liked that but I got into Outlander in November 2016 and met the love of my life (who stays in the Highlands) in December.

Something about it made me all teary Sad that I'd been so unhappy and have now been there twice. Happy tears.

Can't wait for the reunion.

FridgeCut · 11/09/2017 14:40

It was brilliant, I'll be rewatching tonight :)
