So is BenJen Coldhands? I'm so confused.

And how is Arya going to kill the Waif??!? I know she has Needle now but the Waif has mad skills.

Brienne is off to Riverrun... so is Jaime, that could be interesting. I think Jaime is sick of it all and isn't interested in following Tommen's instructions.

How did Tommen have a sudden change of heart about the High Sparrow? Was it Margaery convincing him? But surely she doesn't actually believe in any of it and was playing a long game?

The only thing I don't have questions about is Dany, that was epic and I loved all the Dothraki waving their swords about and shouting about pulling down stone houses (easier said than done).

All that talk of Danybtearing down stone house etc makes me think she's not exactly going to welcomed by the people as the rightful ruler. Winning hearts and minds it won't be...
Can't wait to see the back of the High Sparrow and his cronies. I do wonder if Cersei will ever forgive Tommen for this betrayal. She wasn't exactly overjoyed when she saw him on the day of Myrcella's funeral.
Can't wait for Arya to get back with her family- a Stark reunion would be incredible!

Arya turns off the light at the end of her scene. Unless the Waif has also been through trial by blindness Aryan will have the edge in the dark.

I don't think that Coldhands is Benjen in the books, because they travel for ages together on Monster Elk and he never mentions being Bran's uncle. I miss Monster Elk .

A shit load of them will drown or get massacred by the walkers. They haven't crossed the sea because they are afraid of it so most likely can't swim - how long will it actually take Euron to build a thousand boats though ? I think we are looking at at least a season of boat building times

If she's going, then Tommen will be going first. Remember "gold will be their shroud". Also, I can't remember if the witch in the show predicted this, but in the book she told Cersei that she'd be killed by "the valonquar", who Cersei's always taken to mean Tyrion. And certainly in the books he says his intention is to rape and kill her.

Won't she just let the Dothraki go back to being their normal nomadic selves in the desert once they've plundered Westeros?

Totally think things are being set up for the appearance of Lady Stoneheart what with reminders of the Red Wedding, the brotherhood without banners and all the talk of Tullys and the Blackfish.

What is Bran going to do when he meets the Night's King at the wall??

Otherwise agree it was an episode setting up the next events in the series. In one way I love the fast pace, in another way it's too quick. For example, last time we saw Margaery she was giving Loras a pep talk and now she's "converted" just like that. I don't see what long game she could be playing or maybe I'm just a bit dim

I think Dany can conquer, but can't rule - surely the small folk will hate her for unleashing the dothraki and dragons, who seem to be distinctly indiscriminate with who they nuke.

Only chance would be if she rescued the realm from the white walkers which I guess it's where it's going to go.

Agree things are being set up for Lady Stoneheart to turn up. I'd like to see the hound back too - I thought the dynamics between him and Arya were so much more interesting than in the book.

Yep, felt like a filler episode, but was glad to see Benjen coming to save the day and am excited to finally see Arya doing something. I'm glad she's realised she doesn't want to kill people for stupid reasons...she's a good'en and wants revenge on those who deserve it.

Dany doesn't seem to particularly like ruling either, it's all storming cities and raising armies for her. Jon on the other hand would be a very good ruler.

Dany has the means to kill the white walkers with her dragons though... send them flying up above the walkers and the wights and just breathe fire over them all.

I think it's interesting that there's one red woman (Melisandre) who thinks Jon is the one who was promised, and another in Meereen who thinks it's Daenarys. Could be some sort of interesting conflict there to be played out.

My first thought was that she might join the actors...but then when she told the leading lady that one of them wants her dead I suppose that ruins that plan.

So what do we think the third 'oh shit' moment is going to be (the first 2 being Shireen and Hodor)? We know it happens at the end. My guesses:

1. The valonquer will be Jaime, not Tyrion.
2. Drogo will return.

I want it to be 2 but I suspect it will be 1.
