But it did - if he'd listened when he was told to leave, the Walker wouldn't have grabbed him and they wouldn't have been able to breach the Tree. It was destiny, completely agree, but Bran's refusal to listen to those older and wiser led to it (very Empire Strikes back, though ) I don't hate on Bran because of it, and he realised he was going to have to sacrifice Hodor, which was awful, but he wouldn't listen to the 3 Eye'd Raven when he rally should have

I don't know why bran didn't leave as soon as the walkers were coming but the Raven was with him and the Raven knew was would happen so did the Raven actually engineer it?

I don't think bran was in hodor when he was holding the door at the end. I think that was hodor. Otherwise the hold the door thing doesn't work - it had to be hodor who heard the message so strongly that it became the only thing he could hear/say.

I have nothing to offer (brain shut down trying to figure out who was in who and when with the whole Hodor situation)

Right I don't get the white walkers. There are two classes yes? Leaders who appear to be sentient and cannon fodder zombies ? And we saw the night King being created - but how are the other sentient ones created? By him? By the children of the forest? Why are some sentient and some mindless? Do we have any idea?

In the books you can get it as a child and you will be scared but probably live, but in an adult it is always fatal.

Ok I've been awake all night (insomnia) so this might be rambling and please correct me if I've missed anything.

One thing about last night; I was worried/wondering if we were going to end up in a St Elsewhere situation with the whole thing being a fantasy in Hodors head…that's that theory gone then.

The whole Bran affecting the past is being played a bit heavy handed to me. I did wonder if it was gong to end up being a 6th sense thing but Hodor ending up saying Hodor makes that wrong.

But with that if Hodor knew what was coming (or did he only get shown the end bit?) why did Bran never pick up on it when he wargged in to him? I'm sure in the books that Bran is warned about spending too much time in anyone, as he knows all that they know.

And when is Davos going to find out how Shirleen died? ?

I too need reminding about the geography of where Bran and Meera are. In next week's trailer it shows the Wights following but then looks like mayve Bran Meera bump into somebody else. Who could that be. Benjen? Keep showing flashbacks at Winterfell with a young Benjen ....

I do not hate Bran. He grew up in front of our eyes. But would love to scream at him.
Bloodraven always knows what he is doing, and it is not the first time he sacrificed himself for the realm, so I wonder what he hoped to achieve.

Yay for Brienne finally on her way to the Riverlands. Thank you Sansa. That means after the big bust-up with the High Septon Jamie leaves King's Landing. Is it too much to ask that he breaks up with Cersei and restarts his redemption arc?

Coldhands will not be in the show apparently Middle. He is either a good wight or a good white walker helping Bran and Co get to the tree. He used to be a member of the Nights Watch. Because of the enchantments and not being alive he cannot pass the Wall.

The Wall was enchanted by the children, so what happens now they are gone?

Did anyone else think Hodor snapped back into his own mind when he was almost dead?
