I've just seen the new .

Hang on to your hats for a another round of pregnancy/childbirth bingo and the continuing adventures of the most drama-filled antenatal group and understaffed maternity unit in the country!

Previous thread here to remind yourselves of last series/loose ends and see if any of Bertie's predictions come true!

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/05/2016 19:00

She was shagging the dad as he stared at her - then she said about the perfume
Not being what she wears now

RTKangaMummy · 03/05/2016 20:01

seasidesally · 03/05/2016 21:10

?? didnt Hermione Norris get a settlement, why is she in a run down rented place

seasidesally · 03/05/2016 21:21

i think the older woman is the baby'smum

Woodhill · 03/05/2016 21:22

Yes I thought that too about the leopard skin coat lady

woody2976 · 03/05/2016 21:32

hmm its annoying me a bit. not sure why! its entertaining but the characters especially one from IT crowd are annoying me.

woody2976 · 03/05/2016 21:33

so the midwife told all the others about jasmine's twins? that was professional!!!

seasidesally · 03/05/2016 21:45

oh no her milks coming in

woody2976 · 03/05/2016 22:02

anyone watching? its good and shit at the same time!!!

HandWash · 03/05/2016 22:06

I sat through the whe thing with a face like this Hmm Loved the first series, but this one is a little far fetched.

How did Rosie and Jude deliver her baby/ cut the cord/ wrap baby up and be sat smiling in the space of about 30 seconds.

And don't get me started on the Mum who pretended to find the baby in the toilet.

ConfusedHmm

TrixieBernadette · 03/05/2016 22:08

Ah I loved it. Couldn't quite grasp the different babies ages, but seem to remember they were a couple of months apart last series? I love Rosie and Jude, and remembered how much I hated Suzie - and Claire now!

kinkytoes · 03/05/2016 22:09

Yeh it was enjoyable, just like the first series. Didn't feel like an hour! All the storylines gradually came back to me.

The woman who plays Kim (Katherine Parkinson?) was on Saturday Kitchen a while ago and refused to cut up her food as she 'doesnt do it at home' so James Martin had to do it for her Confused Sadly now whatever I see her in, it's all I can think about...

NeedACleverNN · 03/05/2016 22:12

I enjoyed it

Though I wished they had done a previously on in the club first.

Spent most of the time going I know that Claire from somewhere..she looks like she's off hollyoaks..

Lo and behold she was

Andbabymakesthree · 03/05/2016 22:16

Awful wasted hour!

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 03/05/2016 22:18

I watched it but found it so annoying!!

Seemed quite anti bfing? Sorry can't remember all the names but the lesbian mum with the baby girl was being pressured to stop bfing by friend and partner Confused

I was Shock at the useless midwife telling everyone about the twins, completely unacceptable - she should be sacked for that!

Totally ridiculous that you would give birth in the lift and all be well in 30 seconds! Also did no one ring the police and ambulance?

Saying all that I probably will still watch it next week Grin

woody2976 · 03/05/2016 22:19

doesnt cut her food up?,what someone does it for her?!!

she was an extremely annoying character and the blog voiceover made it seem like sex in the city set in a council estate. Hmm

woody2976 · 03/05/2016 22:20

it was shit but less shit than the very disappointing A word.

CoffeeCoffeeAndLotsOfIt · 03/05/2016 22:34

The first series was a bit far fetched - but this one is even worse!

Prob still watch it next week though...Grin

kinkytoes · 03/05/2016 23:06

Yes woody, I found it hard to believe and thought I'd misheard so checked Twitter and loads of people were commenting on it. Wonder what sort of lifestyle one leads so as not to have to cut up one's food?!

hairymelonwalton · 04/05/2016 06:22

i enjoyed it, its easy uncomplicated telly abit daft in parts but after watching marcelle and undercover im quite happy to watch something that doesnt need explaining to me afterwards.
one thing thats driving me mad is what as rosie been in before and the woman who gave birth in the toilet did she use to be in family affairs on ch5 she looks familiar but seems to have put on alot of weight

floellabenjaminsearrings · 04/05/2016 07:17

hairy Rosie used to play Victoria in Emmerdale (Pre teen I think), and the one who gave birth in the toilet wass Holly in Family Affairs.

hairymelonwalton · 04/05/2016 07:55

of course its little vic off emmerdale thanks i'd have never have remembered that and holly off family affairs she not only put on weight her voiced as changed as well
