PS: did anyone see a comedy on BBC1 last night after the 10 pm news, starring Nigel Havers? I was only sort of watching it but there were two women in it and I couldn't place either of them at the beginning. Then I remembered one was the female Captain on Bluestone 42 who replaced Nick Medhurst and the other was the woman who played Molly's Mum in OG (Kerry Godliman??)

I'm sure CJ could have a quick tour (was thinking today we missed out before you know who went to SA)

Ooh has anyone since the details about the new bbc 2 series Versailles? Being advertised as 'prime time porn' but not sure when it starts

Didn't see that Maddie but Louis XIV and XV certainly had plenty of mistresses between them. Did the French Revolution in A level history. Not a period which inspired me really though a lot of it came back to me surprisingly when we went to Versailles last summer.

ilove have a fab holiday you lucky thing.

DH and I have been nursing hangovers today. We went out for a meal with some friends and made the mistake of drinking at the pub before our meal. Big mistake. Roast in the oven and PJs on already.

Nice to see some SA pics. I must admit to having a look at MK's blog. I couldn't give a monkey's about the make-up but the other stuff is quite nice to hear. I wonder whether it's the approved source for filming info particularly as she has such a big following. Not a bad move to keep the interest up for series 2. Do we think there's any possibility it will appear this year? I suppose it could go out on a week night in the Autumn or perhaps it will be part of the post Christmas new season fayre!

Anyone know when the Musketeers is due back? I could do with a bit of swashbuckle in my life right now!

Nice meal out with mil and family expecially after all the procrastinating I had done about it, rubbish food though. Ended badly with DS projectile puking everywhere in the restaurant and a raging temp just feels like one thingy after another at the moment.
Been gorgeous weather today.

Shall be looking for when Versailles starts and watching that and hopefully will be able to stay awake to see TNM tonight.

Amazing intel folks on the OG filming. You've definitely gone above and beyond there. Very pleased CJ is still in the army though think working for a charity (as in Greenstuff's and Rhubarb's ff) would have worked pretty well too.

I know we've discussed this before but apologies, my memory is going (!!). Do we think OG will get onto something like Graham Norton or Chris Evans this time? Surely the BBC have realised that the programme's following (ok, CJ/BA's following) didn't necessarily fall into the age group they anticipated. Was that why we decided MD, CJ and Smurf were interviewed by Scott Mills, the Radio 1 listeners supposedly being the ones who would be interested?

Think it will definitely have a higher profile. GN tends to have a-listers so I dint thing OG cast will make it on there. I do think MK will be on Loose Women and The One Show possibly Alan Carr too.

So cool seeing them start work on S2 :) I hope CJ has lots of combat action, and not just civvies.

ilove I went and dug out that TV prog, it was the comedy playhouse. Really funny! I like Laura Aikman too, she really did well in BS42, I thought, and she was in the Job Lot, which I'd probably not have watched otherwise, but turned out to be really funny too!

Am watching TNM and waiting for any action but really think I'm starting to lose the plot a bit on it. Lovely scenery though - are they still in Majorca?

The bloody weather forecast for Palma must have changed about seven times today and I keep changing my mind about clothes. I keep squeezing extra things into the suitcase. Good job we have a full luggage allowance and not just cabin baggage (I never travel light).

I escaped for a child and hubby free weekend. bit of a drama getting there as the coach next to the one I was in caught fire. Lots of smoke coming out from underneath after we'd been evacuated!

Morning all.

Been very busy all weekend hadnt a chance to post. Had terrible news this morning that my Uncle died yesterday morning. My Aunt rang and told my parents late last night. He died with pneumonia in hospital. He had only been in bed at home a couple of days since his cancer diagnosis then he started with breathing problems Thursday morning. His family were with him at the end.

I'm so upset this morning I'm afraid about it but at least he didn't have to go through cancer treatment especially in the liver. He was such a larger than life figure. I really want to go to the funeral in Surrey if I can.
