Meant to ask when Your DH gets his exam results in Kelly?

Evening everyone.

Rather stressful day at Ilove Towers. I have a "situation" with a guy at work who was very rude, very personal to me in earshot of about a dozen of my colleagues. I have kept out of his way ever since and feel he should apologise but he is making out that he has tried to apologise and I've ignored him. Am hoping it's all going to fade away as I don't want to make a big fuss about it but it's preying on my mind and I don't like an atmosphere in work. I have already mentioned it to his team leader but said I don't want it to go any further at the moment.

On top of that, my friend/neighbour came round tonight to say the girl who had been at the centre of the domestic violence incident on Sunday night returned her slippers last night (when they were arguing in the street, she had no shoes on apparently). She's dropping the charges against her boyfriend which means, I guess, that he will come back to the house and will I would imagine, get equally as violent at some stage in the not too distant future. My friend is contacting the letting agents to see what can be done, if anything.

pixie if you do get up to Scotland for your holidays and head up the M6, rather than the M1/A1, we could meet up.

I have a much pared down holiday this year in the summer because of my new bathroom. I am desperately trying not to think about it at the moment - the thought of all the mess and inconvenience is not a happy one.

I don't know why we booked a holiday, we have so much to do at home, bathroom included. And as ilove knows it is so expensive! I am doing my research on getting items on deals especially with Easter coming up and DH has a mate that owes him a favour who can fit it. It sounds like a disaster waiting to happen!!!

Richtea mine was at least £1500 more than expected and I will still need to get the floor done afterwards too.

PS most of my stuff came from Homebase and they did have some good offers on, discounts and the like.

pix I think his results come through either April or July. DH has told me, but I probably didn't listen. He's also in the middle of doing a dissitation thing too. He has to do it at work as he wouldn't get two minutes peace to do it at home with kids etc.

Just been to parents house before they leave so they can tell me where cats food is/any other stuff I need to know. I won't get there again before tea as I've got the boys so my Mams worrying about the cats already being outside! Too bad I'm afraid.

Kelly I know some people will dismiss this as twaddle, but my grandmother was psychic and was well respected in certain circles for her "gift". She knew when she was going to die, which to me is a terrifying thought. It was all to do with when a certain picture came into the house and sure enough, she died about 6 months later. I was only about 17 at the time and I was never told till years later about this. She asked my Mum (who was her daughter in law) if she wanted the "gift" passing on after her day and my Mum said definitely not. There were various things when I was growing up that she said and which came true. I must have been about 12 before I realised not everyone's grandma could read cups, cards and the like on a Sunday afternoon. She could even hold something of yours (for example) and so long as I had never touched it, only you, she could tell all sorts of things she couldn't possibly have known about you. In fact, she did this for a number of people she had never even met, just handled their jewellery.

I would never go to one of these fortune tellers on Blackpool prom but as I said, my grandma was very well respected.
