SCD 2015 #9 - Final musings, then the Christmas Special!

We still seemed happy chatting and filled up the last thread completely, so I thought we could have one more for the year. It should see us through the Christmas Special (which I'm really looking forward to!) too

Never seen Brendan dance such a beautiful walzt before and it was so slow it needed great control.

Can't stand her which colours my judgment. Lisa Snowdon didn't look too thrilled either.

Gorgeous dance from Jo and Harry. I'm always astounded by how far Jo can bend her back.

Reckon it'll be between Tom & Harry.

But how do the public vote? There are hundreds of them aren't there?

Harry is quite short so he does have a disadvantage but he moves beautifully, has graceful arm movements and good posture.
Where did he get that rather shapely bum from, though? Was a bit distracting

Didn't Tom go on to a West End show? So he wasn't as rusty as the others.

I don't like the Charleston so I'd go for Harry.

Well Tom has been dancing professionally for much of the intervening period, so it's hardly surprising that he's looking good. I thought Lisa was better than I was expecting actually, but TBF my expectations were low.

Calibre not calibration .sigh.

The voting will depend on the audience preferences.

Tom does still look very much "pro".

I'm watching it with someone who knew someone who was in the audience for the recording, only 100 of the studio audience get to vote. Glad Harry won, I think Tom is too in love with himself

Think if Jo Clifton and Oti get good partners they could run away with it next year, they both look like fab dancers to me. Not that I know anything about dancing

Strange that Abby didn't even seem to have a glance or mention of the beautiful Alijaz when everyone else did acknowledge their previous partners.

Blimey, SCD really is now over. Claudia on the ostrich was She's such a natural performer that she can be so daft & do the cheesiest things without it being irritating.

I love watching jo dance- I hope she gets a good partner next year. And Harry does have charm!
