Ah yes mads ilove loving the photo album scenes and the letter. If we couldn't have them both back, a one off special of this story would be fab.

ilove just let him sulk, tell him straight how it is with the car ...like it or walk!! I certainly don't take any truck with him, but he does like a firm hand, but you already know that!!!

On the home run with the spa now, hopefully this morning's massage and facial would be more agreeable to those of you not keen on the exercise regime....walking has become a bit easier today!!!

Just popping in to say a "Ooh yes please" to Alexander Skarsgaard. Very much enjoyed him in True Blood and if only in real life .Was he on the naked wrestling list? Given his height and my short stature, I'd def get an eyeful if we stood face to bulge face.

Morning all.

Its so icy and frosty here today. Definitely feels like the coldest day of the year so far. But I couldn't get any of the kids to wear their hats and scarves this morning!! Well, they'll just have to be cold then.

I was supposed to be going shopping with my Mam this afternoon but one of her cats (she has 2) was ill overnight so she has to go to the vets instead. I'm sure the cats are getting quite old now. ilove is 15 old in cat years??

I hope Greenstuff updates her story today. Just love it.

Currently parked up half a mile from home with the engine running and DS asleep. So much to do a home but naps aren't happening much at the mo so making the most of this! I've got a Cornish pasty and my phone so sorted for a bit till I need a wee. Can't park outside house as neighbour moans about exhaust emissions

Was debating buying a stag tea light holder in asda but refrained!

Long boring day of work for me, followed by gymnastics with teacher sexyboots in an Xmas jumper

I've going to brave the shops tomorrow morning, I've got a week until I need to exchange gifts with my family. Luckily my family aren't big on Xmas, so the presents don't need be anything special.

Not good news about my Mams cat from the vet. She must've been clipped by a moving car the vet said (my Mam had a suspicion as she had a cut on her face and was walking gingerly). Her jaw's not broken but all her claws have gone as she must've tried to get away. She's not really drinking however she's back at the vets tomorrow morning for more checks. See what happens tomorrow. Mam's in a bit of a state, bless her.

On a lighter note I bought the Xmas TV guide and there's a couple of dramas that look good. The Agatha Christie one with AT in, which starts Boxing Day and that one called Dickensian looks worth a watch but think it's a 20 parter!

There's a brief mention of Lucky Man starting in January on Sky 1 but its just under the header of Coming Soon, no date I can see.

Anything exciting happen with gymnastics man pix?

How was your pastie mads? Eating a cheese and onion one and having a look on the internet with sleeping kids sounds pretty great to me!

Oh I'm sure he wouldn't be ruined by a little pair of shorts I guess if he couldn't be naked pix. Good luck with the Xmas shopping I've picked a few bits online today.

Evening. Had a very pleasant day with CJ. We went to work again today but I had to finish at lunchtime as I had an appointment to see the consultant again about my shoulder. CJ drove my car and dropped me at the hospital then went home and washed the car for me - how good was that! At least he can't complain it's dirty any more! Then he came back to collect me and when we got home, he'd prepared the tea for tonight. Now sitting, rather stuffed, with the remains of the bottle of wine.

Maddie CJ is with me until Sunday evening and my friend who lives in south Manchester is coming on Sunday and has offered to drop him at the top of ice's road on her way home. I haven't dared tell her about his sulking when he doesn't get to drive so I am hoping he will be on his best behaviour for her.

Kelly my last two cats were 18 and 19 when I had to have them put down so 15 is quite old but it's probably like saying a 75 year old person as opposed to my cats being 85 or 90 in human years. It's heartbreaking when pets are ill like that. Did the vet give a good prognosis?

Vet wasn't sure ilove. He hadn't done an x-ray yet but wanted to wait and see if she drank overnight first. He gave her a painkiller. Just waiting to see what tomorrow brings. Trouble is, there's a busy road near where my parents live which on the other side theres a field and she likes to go in there rather than use the litter tray!

ilove my Mam adores these cats. They're like her other children.

I quite like a bit of meat in my pasty mads.

I know how she feels Kelly - and when you've had them so long, it's a hard decision if you have to think about them being put down. I hope the cat rallies round.

Remember my friend across the road from me whose cat we found in my next door neighbours' drive? She said she wasn't going to get another cat until her other one (now 10) had gone to the great cattery in the sky but she got a kitten just over a week ago from a one woman rescue place (she sounded totally batty). The kitten cost her £45 and she has been to the vet 3 times with her since with bills of £220. On top of all that expense, the vet said the kitten which she was told was 3 months old when she picked it up, is probably
older and could possibly be pregnant!

Ouch ilove I bet that was a bit of a shock for her! We've spent over £250 over the last week on our dog but luckily she is insured so we should be able to get something back.

Maddie - she's a silly woman over some things if I'm honest and too impulsive, not stopping to think things through properly. She went for the first kitten she saw (it's not even a very pretty one) and I could tell as soon as I saw it - her - that she was older than my friend had been told. She's the kind of woman though who always has an answer for everything so I just keep quiet these days.

Strange how you mentioned your friends cat that was found on the drive, I was just thinking about that when I was writing in the post earlier about our cat. Oo, I bet she did get a shock mads. When are the kittens due ilove?

We watched a few things we recorded through the week tonight or at least I tried to but kept falling asleep. Its felt like a long week this week. Can't wait for the end of next week when the kids break up so there's no rushing to get the kids the door to school!

Up and on the bus for what I hope will be a quick morning of shopping. I hate shopping

Morning. Torrential rain here yet again. I think the animals will be starting to line up two by two before long. Gone pretty chilly again as well. Having a lie-in with CJ so every cloud and all that.... Need to make the most of his last full day here. Hope ice is ready for him tomorrow evening.

BK are you back from your spa break now? Hope you had a good time and were eventually able to manage some relaxation and treatments. Are you picking CJ up from ice on Monday? Am I allowed to tell CJ what sort of car it will be this time? Are you delivering him direct to his parents or are you making the most of some time with him yourself?

In RL, I am still in bed, catching up on a few emails, online banking and such like. That charity stuff really wiped me out this week. The rain doesn't exactly encourage me to venture out anyway. It's present wrapping, ironing or cleaning the oven for me today.

Morning all, it was a productive evening for me last night, Christmas music on, drinking baileys on ice making Christmas door wreaths! I am at my best "pottering" or what my DH says, "making chaos"! All greenery from the garden so no expense!

Friends over for dinner tonight so I will be slaving in the kitchen most of the day, this is when I could do with CJ helping me!

I thought you would be in York this weekend Richtea or have you been and I've missed it?
