I didn't watch Odyssey - will check it out. Will also check out geo-political hoogiemathingies, because I'm almost sure that's the sort of thing that will come up at the next PTA quiz night.

It's reassuring to see Quinn hasn't been beheaded by Isis, which is where I thought we were heading when he set off at the end Season 4. But meanwhile those Homeland slackers are still bloody filming the thing, so I have no idea when we'll get to see it. They need to stop eating currywurst and get on with that acting malarkey.

Pffft Coco I was going to write 'Just wait until the last episode of the last series and ye shall be proved wrong'. But I fear you'll still be muttering about how wrong we all were and they didn't show it.

So I declare you, as a Saul-Nay-Sayer, a non-participant in any Saul Snacks that may be offered on the Homeland threads.

What he says to Carrie on the trailer suggests that there is something else going on, but not necessarily bad.

The "What are you atoning for?" may refer to Aayan being killed. Wonder if Carrie brought Baby Brodie with her to Berlin.

For now I'm just happy to see Quinn alive.

Actually I'd quite happily watch Homeland without Carrie. Quinn and Saul could have a whole series of "Bringing up Baby Brodie in Berlin". Or Bethesda. Whichever alliterative city they choose.

I'd forgotten that about Claire Danes - but she was brunette in Romeo and Juliet, wasn't she? Seems weird and wrong now.

The Guardian has an interview with Rupert Friend. What I've learnt is that he nicks stuff and is maybe a tad pretentious. Likeable, though.

I wondered about the "tad pretentious" as well, Hassled. But as he's so kissable I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

One of the clips that came up says it's a trailer for S5 but is more a recap of the last ep in S4, all the Quinn & Carrie bits. Including the Kiss.

There's a whole heap of mini-trailers for those of us obsessed enough to care - there seems to be a whole Saul/Quinn bromance thing happening. 4th October US start, so probably 11th October for us. Yay!
