Now bootee slippers are something I'd forgotten about. They are a hidden gem. Are the zips at the front or the side of those? Also I wonder if CJ will have smooth toes?

Oh Kelly he has to look after his feet. He needs smooth (not hairy) toes and he must look after his toenails. I can't stand toenails that look like horn.

I'm killing myself laughing ilove with 'look like horn'.

So when you say you have a giant muff orphan this is really what you mean?

pixie I'm probably the only one here who would think that would make a great tea cosy too?.

I can just imagine Mrs Doyle off Father Ted having one of those, with a teapot stashed in there.

remembering that picture of him in the swivel chair having the plastic wounds put on, the state of his feet looked quite soft, not to much callous at the heel!! It would defo soften up in a muff

What a lovely last chapter to learning the ropes! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Going to read it from start to finish in a few days.

In the wake of Slippergate, my muff is readily available for CJ to keep his tootsies warm and anything else he may care to slip in.

And if you do decide to use it as a tea cosy sure you could fit a pretty long spout in there

I think there's room in there for CJ, Rupert, Mattias and Poldark all at the same time. Let's hope its washable.

I'm a bit late to last nights slipper fest party but needless to say orph has got her big muff in first and bagsied CJs digits. I just hope the muff doesn't smell of mice like most musty things that haven't been used for a very long time

This morning one of my tooth veneers at the front fell out so I look like a pirate! Got emergency dentists appt this afternoon. Roped a neighbour in to watch the kids.

Boys about to start watching Shrek so will read last chapter of LTR . What a wonderful story that's been. So romantic too. That was one of the stories that made me want to try writing myself. Amazing how FF, MN CJ threads, jewellery making, raising money for charity and people making good friends all stem from a 5 part drama that was on last year. TG should be proud which I'm sure he is. .

Sitting at work with two young men crawling around at my feet under my desk. Sadly, they're a bit too young for me to get excited about. I think they're looking for some network connection or other.

Just read nippers and whajs latest. Both those ladies are super talented writers, the absolute nuts, and I've thoroughly enjoyed both stories so much. No wonder my house is a tip and my business is going downhill - too much excellent ff to read!!

Ditto to all of that woof, brilliant writers, thank you both, it can't be said too often, we are so lucky to have such wonderful ff. Thoroughly enjoyed stopping the clocks this morning.

I was thinking this morning of that pic of BA the other night- I would've loved to have read his mind to see if he's thinking of doing S2. I wonder if he's told his friends he is and they've been sworn to secrecy by him? Just a thought.
