OMG I thought we agreed you would say "Spoiler alert" as a warning for those of us who look on here when we are at work! I had to whizz past those photos pdq, I can tell you. Never seen anything quite like them. I am very naive!
Had my appraisal. It's just a question of playing the game. Our company is very strict about how they are done but seriously, it's all a waste of time and most of the managers just pay lip service to the whole thing.
