As someone else said, the last one was a wasted opportunity.

I would like to give tickets to:

Simon
Chesney & girlfriend
Faye
All the Windasses
Tracey-Luv
Michelle
Sawphie
Owen
Kal and all his family

Plenty more seats available, feel free to add some more passengers!

Why was there a birthday party for Gandy Grin? Silly stuff. I wish they would finish that storyline or drop it somehow.
Callum and his 'gang' are more like William and the Outlaws, i.e. harmless kids, than the toughies they are supposed to be.

eddiemairswife · 21/04/2015 13:18

How on earth does someone who doesn't take drugs go into a strange pub and immediately find a person to sell him some?

SymphonyofShadows · 21/04/2015 15:11

If Tony preferred Tracy why didn't he just leave Liz rather than lending Steve money? Seems like Phelan is never going to get his soap comeuppance.

AgathaChristie01 · 21/04/2015 15:18

Like all other storylines the Tony/ Tracy/ Liz story is draaaaaaaaagged to the hilt.

SymphonyofShadows · 21/04/2015 16:26

Does anyone know what normally happens when a schoolgirl has a child and has to go back to school? For some reason I thought that paid childcare was provided, but I have no idea where I got this.

QueQuesto · 21/04/2015 17:18

My schoolfriend got a childminder provided for her but that was going back a few years are Shiny Dave and his austerity Gubbins.

Songlark · 21/04/2015 22:54

I remember when the Windasses were meant to be a right hard family that no one should mess with.

eddiemairswife · 21/04/2015 23:26

I'm wondering if David is still in the boot. And also if Andy got the bus home or used Nick's car.

Housemum · 22/04/2015 10:08

First rule of soap villainy - much the same as Scooby Doo - find a really complicated way to drag out your punishment so that there is every chance that your victim will have time to be rescued or if you kill them it has to be the most convoluted and/or risky way possible to ensure that you get caught in the end.
Unlike in the old days - I remember when Brian Tilsley was randomly stabbed leaving a club (and that hadn't been leaked months in advance)

AgathaChristie01 · 22/04/2015 11:29

They really did waste the mini bus story, an ideal opportunity to kill off some deadwood, although they weren't all aboard, by any means, and some of my favourite characters such as Steve and Carla were, so I would have wanted them to live anyway.

DuckChowMein · 22/04/2015 12:12

Just a wonder. What was the point of the Todd getting beaten up storyline? Nothing really came of it and there was a bit to-do about how he'd have a scar, which he does. But, what was the point? Why are they clinging onto the scar? I've even wondered if it's a real one that was covered up initially and written into the story to make the life of the make-up people easier!

Southeastdweller · 22/04/2015 18:57

I'm hoping the imminent fire at Victoria Court will get rid of at least one useless character.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 22/04/2015 19:40

Callum = wooden as the baseball bat he's carrying

Ellenora5 · 22/04/2015 19:41

Right, I think I've solved the mystery of the ever expanding houses, there are secret rooms Grin

Michael came out from a mystery door at the end of Gails kitchen, that has never been there before, wonder what it is, it's big enough to hold him and a birthday cake so I reckon before long someone will be sleeping in it.

squoosh · 22/04/2015 19:53

I like Melanie Hill playing Roy's new allotment friend. I think she was Sean Bean's first wife.

Sparklingbrook · 22/04/2015 19:56

YY and she is to be a Grandmother soon so SB will be a Grandad. Grin

squoosh · 22/04/2015 19:58

Oh I used to really fancy Sean Bean. He's gone a bit too gnarly though. Plus he seems to get marries on a yearly basis.

Ellenora5 · 22/04/2015 20:00

I like her too, wasn't she Aveline in Bread

Sparklingbrook · 22/04/2015 20:08

YY Aveline. Smile Always on about wanting to be a 'moddle'.

squoosh · 22/04/2015 20:09

I saw an episode of Bread recently. I know it's only the 80's, but it was more like the 1880's. So old fashioned.

Ellenora5 · 22/04/2015 20:19

She married the Vicar Smile

moddle Grin

Remember Joeys hair squoosh and the leather pants, he thought he was gorgeous (so did I Blush )

AgathaChristie01 · 22/04/2015 22:49

This gets discussed a lot on the Digital Spy forum, (and I may well have picked it up wrong there), but apparently there is a door to the garage, in that house. Would the cake be in the garage? It's possible, I guess. Grin

AgathaChristie01 · 22/04/2015 22:50

Oh I used to love Bread!

I wonder will she be a new love interest for Roy.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 23/04/2015 00:21

Just did a massive catch up after being on holiday and I fast forwarded a hell of a lot. It was crappy.

It is saying something when the most interesting thing to discuss in two weeks is the new door in Gail's kitchen.

Oh and if I had a B&B I wouldn't let Sean stay in it either. Because he is an annoying bastard.
