I'm pleased to see Owen being shown as a scheming, lying bully again, like he was with Eileen when he first joined. All this lovey dovey family stuff with Anna had had me yelling at the telly "don't fall for it Anna".

I don't know why Anna hasn't just dumped Owen. He's horrible to her son (even though Gary is a loser), he hit Faye, he was the one who got them into all that mess with Phelan when Anna was against it.

Perhaps Anna could go out with Kevin and she and Sally could annoy each other.

They'd better not split up Sally and Tim or I'll stop watching.

I think Eileen worked for Owen for a while, he bullied her, she stole from him. Something like that.

Eileen and Owen had a little romantic dalliance as well didn't they? He strung her along a bit and was generally mean to her from what I remember.

Yes I think he led her on to think he was interested but was using her to work for him. Then something went on over some building work on her house and she stole from him. He said he'd make her pay and threatened her but she found out he wasn't paying tax properly.

He also apparently got Jim McDonald beaten up when he went out with Liz.

Gail and sally diacussing the suspicious package was funny....'it could be a finger, an ear....kylies ' brilliant ! But yes 50% of the characters are annoying. Brink back becky, Sheila grant, roys mum etc....

I think the father is a boy called Jackson. It was mentioned the other day. Craig seems to be involved as Faye confided in him about being bullied.

Yes, he broke Eileen's heart, two-timed her with Liz, did work on her house (she had just bought it) and threatened her over the cost, bullied her at work (she did his admin). She found out he was avoiding tax and threatened to dob him in, got him off her back that way.
