I've just got 'you had me at hello' out of the library today, I read about three pages before RL got in the way, but if I start now, I might be up all night .... Got work tomorrow ... Hmmm, dilemma!

If you start reading it you won't stop. Well at least I couldn't

Bother! Might have to wait. Just started watching the last ep of Broadchurch and I seem to have missed an episode?!? I don't remember any of the bits at the start. Very strange! Hey ho maybe I will have to start reading! I'll just catch up on BC with Lola's next chapter!!!!

We should be on commission for Mhairi McFarlane! Thinking I might have to reread it, picturing BA for Ben and RPJ as the posh lawyer bloke.

I'm going to have to go to the library or Waterstones tomorrow! This is a book club as well!

I've just finished it. Lovely book. Will definitely read more of hers

I was actually able to read most of it without picturing BA but the reference to American Psycho made me giggle seeing as BA appeared in the musical

nickel it doesn't matter if you did miss a Broadchurch its still bloody confusing, I caught up with Monday's episode this afternoon and I'm stil non the wiser! I just keep thinking of Lola's FF!

I did wonder if i was getting confused with the ff but I make you right, it is very confusing. I thought I was doing so well at the end of ep 1, but maybe not!!! Oh well, back to OG then, I know what's happening in that!! Maybe i will just read a chapter or two to YHMAH ... It's ok, my eyes will shut by themselves, I won't stay up all night reading it .....

Am really struggling with Broadchurch. I can't seem to take it seriously and lola's to blame. When one of the characters said in court that they didn't remember an event happening, I almost expected them to add that was because the script writer had changed the story line from the first series. And every time I see Hardy, I hear 'worst cop in Britain'.

I might gonna need to get this "you had me at hello", I have just finished the hunger games trilogy that I was supposed to read to check suitability for DS1, but instead found suitable for myself, with the additional benefit that now I know what FF is and how to look for M rating (clearly, the kid will NOT be part of this information, ahemm).
My mind is starting to blur lines, am afraid, so I could cross CJ with peeta (who's supposed to be blond, but never mind) and Molly with katniss (they are both warriors so that's ok ;-)

Ooh just read that a 'sequel' to Kill a Mockingbird is going to be released. Harper Lee actually wrote it before mockingbird but her editor told her to work on the flashback sequences and make them into a novel, so it was set aside and never published. I love both the book and film.

rhubarb I forgot to say that Suspicion is one of my favourite 'oldie' movies. You can't beat a bit of Cary Grant! You made me want to watch it again when you mentioned it in your new story.

cherin i loved the Hunger Games, I read the first one as DS said it was brilliant, and quickly read the following two books. The films are good too! Judging by BAs costumes in Reign he would fit right in in the Capitol with their fashion!

He would also have been a perfect Gale...(Spoiler alert! do not read further if you havent yet seen/read it) unfortunately he gets the first kiss and little more, but there's nothing better than a slightly frustrated lover as a wrestler/gorilla/what's today's fantasy? :-)

(I still have to watch the movies, dunno why Netflix only has the second episode?? Surely the must have purchased the rights for both?? Mah! Anyway, I'll try to persuade DH to watch it together...currently we haven't got either the time or energy to watch anything. One deadline after the other...)

Ps: really sorry about the husband in redundancy mode. I hope he finds better job soon, and more importantly doesn't distract wife from OG-related writing!!

Very late evening all and welcome Kezia! How have you managed not to break cover for sooooo long? Yes, we're mad but in a nice way. CJ is clearly a man for all seasons! Age is no barrier where he is concerned. You will be able to come along to our AGM I hope - at Bailbrook House near Bath. I think our agenda is more or less finalised now, is that right ladies?

Fell asleep watching Holby tonight. Must have been out for the count for at least an hour. I think it's a combination of the tail end of my horrible bug plus spending too much time on here/reading the ff when I should be putting the light out for bed. Felt very groggy when I woke up.

Talking of Bath, my godson, wife and new baby are coming in to visit the day after our overnight stay at BB House. I had to laugh when I sat down and thought about it afterwards because he is more or less the same age as CJ (30 this year). Would I ever think of him in the same light as CJ - definitely not! He is lovely though and if you like tall men, he is 6'9" and the tallest person I have ever met. I've not seen him since they moved down to the south west last year and very much looking forward to seeing their new baby.

ilove I'm not surprised you fell asleep at Holby, Sacha took his annoying teenage pregnant daughter out for her first driving lesson and she was wearing slippers!!! Things like that don't happen in OG, well boot cast on wrong leg, but that's all!

I really need to get some work done and my appraisal form completed today. Must not be distracted by this thread and ff. It's going to be tough!

I realised last night that I haven't watched my dvd in weeks and weeks. Might have to dust it off once I've finally completed the ff writing. Hopefully the magic hasn't worn off for me!

whajab love your last chapter, that was so Molly! So brilliantly written.
And lola, I have really enjoyed your story and how it's developed, fantastic. And to get the zombies in ... So impressed! I've still got a smiley my face!
Now rally must go, I ought to be in work in 7 minutes and its a 40 minute drive! That's so not going to happen ... ! Eek!!

I watched Broadchurch this morning and I could not stop laughing thru it. I can't get 'Millahr' out of my head and when he said I almost spat my tea out.
I am sorry to be the blame for people losing focus lol. But, I am one of them now.

and with What if at 48 you would think you would be able to write some smut. Its very difficult so I hope I can build up to it!

I had to get the Zombies in as an homage to SPO and his fantastic writing!

Have a good day I am working on next chapter of OG meets BC today so many cracking lines and there may be a court scene and if there is Orphan you are the muse!
