I hope you have covered your digital tracks jen, because you are painting Chris as such a great character that RL Chris' ego will go off the charts if he found out how popular he was.

Hmmm, tricky one nickel. Personally, I think they'd have wanted to have a good old look and agree how beautiful he is.

On a different note, I would like to clarify that although I stated last night how klipdoktor just wasn't doing it for me anymore, I still think he's an incredibly talented writer. I actually think that anyone who publishes their ff for all to see are brilliant. I thought about what I'd said afterwards and think perhaps I was a little unfair. I used to love writing when I was younger and in fact, still keep a diary and write pages of the bloody stuff but I would never, ever put my writing out in the public domain.

Apologies for rambling (and probably shocking grammar and spelling) but I have been on the wine, at home, putting the world tonight's this evening.

I am like stressy! But I have never managed to go to a coffee morning, in 6+1 years of school of DS1, and despite taking a year off work for ds2, really I would not know what to talk about....(me travelling in foreign countries for the day, seeing nothing? Or going to Saudi with a burqa and seeing nothing for a different reason? ;-)
Anyway, I am up for a valentine card! What's the plan? Do you want me to draw something, or send the paper version of old stags to someone, so we can make a collage with limericks, Ff chapters, seal everything into a fabric envelope with stag appliqué and then put a false address for the sender so that the psychiatric unit can't come and grab us?

Hello, you lovely lot. So ... Hmm ... Yes, it is me, by the way. Honest. Just wanted to stop by and say hello after a lengthy absence and thank you for your continuing CJ love. I send many apologies for not updating My Man or writing any further CJ goodness, but I'm afraid I can only write where and when the muse takes me, and, as some of you know, I was diverted over Christmas by lust for Richard Armitage and Lee Pace (ongoing). My lust for Jason Isaacs in various guises (and for Alan Rickman's voice) started me on the whole crazy writing thing several years ago. (I know, I know ... the whole HP thing is like - huh? - But ... that's the way it went. Just like to point out that Hermione is well and truly always at least 19 and very clever and mature and war weary and all that in all my stories.)

Anyway, you are all such a wonderful, funny and devoted lot that you deserve some explanation about me. (The fact that I've had a few glasses tonight helps.) I ADORE OG and CJ and promise to continue writing for him and Molly at some point in the (hopefully) not too distant future, but, yes, I also write mainly other ff and now original stuff. The absolutely stonkingly brilliant thing about you all is that your OG devotion has made you have a go at writing fan fiction. Anyone inspired to write creatively is all good all the time.

I confess that I have posted on this thread before under a different penname. I would prefer to keep it separate simply because I would at times like to use that penname for actual real mum stuff as opposed to lusting after inappropriate, unattainable men stuff. There are, however, clues above as to my other penname.

I'm sorry if some of you have found some of my writing, ahem, a little steamy (and possibly a little squicky ). Yeah ... I do that, I'm afraid. It just happens. But I'm actually really normal. Seriously. I have a full time job, I'm married and I have two kids under 12. I'm really normal, trust me. (I feel the need to repeat that for some reason.) One day, I wrote down a story with sex in it and found I really liked writing it and people really liked reading it. So I carried on. Life's complicated, sometimes glorious and sometimes utter crap. We all have our coping mechanisms. Some people do pilates. I write sex.

Sorry to drone on. I really am not sure when I'll be able to update MM, but I WILL! I love CJ too much to let him go and if ever readers deserved it, it's you. Keep flying the flag, MNers! In the words of many an ff review - You rawk! LLxx

Err ... ... the ... err ... fic may ... err .. involve RA with long hair and ... err ... Middle Earth tendencies ... yup. Eek. Erp.

But! He's a really, really tall dwarf in my fic. He's tall. Honest. Very. For a dwarf. And majestic.

I know, I know. I swore several years ago NEVER to write a Hobbit fic. But then I saw RA in the latest film and it sort of happened ... the lust thing. I tried. I really tried, but I couldn't help it. The fic is what we call a crack fic, ie crazy, mad, drug-induced (well, not really drug-induced, but you know what I mean). It's really silly, but then it also has a lot of, umm, sex in it. I had to get it out of my system. I'm still getting it out of my system.

Been out for the evening with some mums (different ones to this morning!) and the conversation turned to social media and not putting stuff about yourself out on the Internet ... Didn't like to mentin you lot, and that you probably know more about my embarrassing lustfull thoughts about me than some of them!!! So didn't go there!

Valentine card ... Oh yeah! I reckon anything to want to do cherin would be brilliant!!

Just caught up with onlygirl's latest. I'm always struck by just how well it's written and shaped. Why aren't you a full time writer?! Chris is such a great character - I'd love him to have a story of his own at some point.

LL, I am not a fan of hobbit (actually hated the book when I first read it, and then the movie- I was tricked into watching the first one only ;-), but you can bet I will read your ff. particularly if RA is "majestic"!
(Having said so, don't watch him in Ultimate force, he has the most unwatchable uniform, think thick woollen jumper with ridicolous elastic band at the level of the belly button! Not even my grandpa! And he makes puppy eyes with the wrong lady...)

Thanks orphan. I'd love to be a writer (increasing RL job dissatisfaction) but it's just a hobby for me, I'm not anywhere near the level of having the talent to do it professionally. Think there are around 3 chapters of how could I forget left, potentially 4. Not sure what I'll do with myself when it's finished!!

Mine is in koala-mode (almost like baby gorilla but I can't do the association anymore with kids, ahemm), currently wrapped under my arm with a heat pad on his forehead complaining of headache
(It's just a rice pack I put in microwave, but he loves it!) He must be coming down with his big bro's cold, damn it!!

What have I missed? Had to take to my bed last night with this blasted bug and feel drained. Could kill my friend for passing it on. Confined to barracks this weekend I think. No snow here now. Thankfully all melted.
