Corrie thread - New thread for the New Year, time for another disaster?

New thread in time for the new year - hopefully this year will see the back of some awful characters.

I would personally like to see the following rounded up and shoved in a deep hole in the Red Rec:

Izzy

Faye
Yasmeen and her entire extended family
The Community Centre

Can't stand Tracy-luv . She has no redeeming qualities. I feel no sympathy or empathy for her. She's ridiculous. She clearly has some sort of disorder

Hope Gail isn't flying with Ryanair a budget airline ,they will charge her a fourtune for that mahoosive suitcase.
Anyway she can relax and enjoy Italy because an xburglar is looking after her home and DGCs Confused

Haha I'll probably out myself here but DP dated the actress that plays Michelle back in the day, apparently she said she would call him at 12, didn't till 4, so he told her to fuck off Shock

He's never been like that with me.

But I'd like Ken on the bus. Andrea can go as well, and I've stopped liking kal now he's been so controlling of his daughter

I could have battered Sinead for stopping Roy battering Gary, Chesney is not impressed with her so maybe he will dump her and put her on the ill fated bus out of weatherfield.

TheShe, I thought that about Gail also, she will either return with Sarah Lou or Bethany who will be another moody teenager to cause Gail concern and worry, mind you it is what she does best

Tim is my favourite character at the moment, think he is brill, loved him and Kevin playing scalextrix the other day Smile

Agree, as much as I think Tracey is wicked to the point of silliness, Kate Ford is an acting marvel - she is one of the very very few characters I forget isnt actually real.

I love Tim. Hated him at first but he is so endearing and his little bromance with Kevin makes the scenes with Sally really funny.

Bus Crash casualtoes I would like to see -
Andrea
Gary (though Ive no idea why he would be on board, maybe because of Alyah)
Michelle - only so that Steve gets the kick up the arse to sort his depression out.

Deaths.....hmmmm......whatserface thats going out with Chesney? Honestly cannot remember her name.

Another Steph lover here too. Agree she is good sans men. Hope they keep.it relatively that way (would like her to find love but just with one person). Ive a feeling she will get it on witb Gavin then there will be a big reveal and he will be off like a shot.

Anyone else like Eva for her laugh? Its brilliant!

Agree that Roy should have gone for Sinead with the bat. In fact he could make a start on my list, just in case there aren't enough seats on the bus.

Perhaps Gary could try to break into Gail's house, Michael could be determined to protect the house and hit Gary over the head doing the job properly this time, then bury him in Gail's back garden.

Sad lack of animal life there (though Eastenders has a lower Pet ratio and poor Tramp (IIRC) Abbies dog went to the kennel in the sky.

Haven't caught up fully yet so am still reeling from Amy's obscene amount of Christmas presents! Really? A roomful for just one child? Is this the norm in some houses? And then the ungrateful child wanted snow Shock

I know I'm the only one who quite likes Michelle and Steve together so I felt sorry for her reading the wrong signals in the bedroom. I bet he gets jealous over her new love interest.

Sinead can go now. Poor Roy. I hope those nasty boys don't trash the cafe while he is away. And as much as I hate Gary, bloody Owen never gives him a break! Pick, pick, pick all the time as if he's Mr Perfect himself.

Loving Tracey making Tony feel uncomfortable, this is her doing what she does best.

Just caught up. Agree that no one is helping Steve. And now I see why Amy had all those presents! I didn't realise it was a one-off.

I can't believe Anna has turned on Roy. He was angry, he went over the top. If her and Owen were more supportive of Gary, he wouldn't have felt completely helpless and broken in! Hope they are not going to drive Roy's character into the ground. He deserves contentment not all this victimisation and fear and now neighbours turning on him.
