I was thinking last night that I should make more effort with DH as I hardly see him (he usually watches football or racing most evenings, I don't!!) But fell asleep on llittlies floor again and didn't wake up till late, by which time he was engrossed in a game. Going to try again tonight, we still have the largest episode of Silk from the summer to watch, so going to make an effort to be sociable!! Assuming I can stay awake that long!

I do hope you don't mind me joining this thread. I have followed you all since early November, going right back to the beginning, and I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed it. Laughing out loud at times!. I tried to choose a nickname that would convey to you that I in fact have a grandson who's only 4 yrs younger than BA/CJ (didn't quite succeed with that) so let me just say that my age doesn't prevent me from being somewhat obsessed with Our Girl. Bought the DVD straightaway and have watched it incessantly. Believe me girls age doesn't necessarily make one indifferent to the charms of a handsome TV character or indeed the actor playing the role! The chemistry between LT and BA was compelling. So please continue with your discussion and make an 'old' lady very happy.

I love your fiction and in fact depend on you all to keep track of whether a second series is to happen or in fact what BA will be acting in next. By the way did you know he has a minor role in the film The Railway Man starring Colin Firth. I haven't seen it mind you but am making certain the DVD will be in my husband's Christmas stocking as I'm SURE he'll want to see that film.
