Carol concert was last night, BA couldn't make it, richtea did a mini report on last thread

BA in larkrise really didn't do it for me. He looked like a boy, and I much prefer a man! And ditto to everything that icemist'said. I wonder if the bulge is noticeable as Daniel Parish as it is as CJ, might be worth checking out. Although I think the low rise combats and belt help.

Good grief you lot! I've been merely scanning the thread for days because I'm so behind with it all and I just wanted to catch a flavour of what's going on and the first words to hit me on the new thread are "testicle grab" and "pelvic thrust"! What on earth have I been missing? Do I want to know?

I see you've been doing something on cracker jokes but I am rubbish at those so I won't even attempt to join in.

Just checking in after a tortuous afternoon's training. Who books a training course for a Friday afternoon! Yawn, yawn. I knew we'd be on the next thread when I came back to you.

Popped to see the friend I am going to Bailbrook House with after the training course. I was absolutely dying to tell her about our toe in the fanfic water but I just didn't think she would be especially impressed and would be more likely to be horrified. I haven't been able to tell anyone who would understand what we've all been up to.

How good would it be if the BBC or Tony Grounds or somebody else picked up our stories! Instead of offering us money, we could negotiate for an evening with BA and LT!!

Talking of Bailbrook House however, next time one of you watches the restaurant scene, can you confirm for me which table you think CJ and MD sit at. Assuming the door where Molly comes in from the street is really the entrance to the restaurant (and not just done for filming), I think they are at the third table furthest away from the entrance. I need to try and make sure we eat at that table when we go!! If I tried to book that self same table, do you think I would be branded a total nutter by both my friend and the hotel staff?

Been doing some research purely for scientific reasons, for operation bulge, in low rise to candleford (thank you, elsie, I can't think of I any other way now!), but none of the clips I can find hae anything worth reporting ... Might gonna have to do more research! So, thought I'd post some comparison shots (of faces, sorry guys!) ... Know which one I'd choose!

I watched low rise when it was on originally (loved it) and remember daniel parish doing nothing for me, in fact for me it was fisher who caught my eye. (Matt McNulty) At the time I wanted laura to get back with him and dump the journalist. If anyone had told me...

Nickel for the three different storylines on the website, we have 65 reviews so far and they are asking for more! It's quite exciting, especially since the majority of us (me included there) had never even heard of fanfiction. Can't recall who it was who introduced us to it in the first place now either.

Artistry it ain't...lets consider this a start...the idea was to let Stag and Doe sit and smile at each other on the stairs in Bath, decorated for Xmas...the practicality of sketching it are a bit overwhelming...anyway. Light is dim. Lets blame the lighting conditions, and the very small notebook.
(But I can't open the big one! It's a present for a 10yr old girl! Must resist, must resist....)

McNulty was really good in lark rise, I was also on his side (a bit of a dark horse, uh? Dark, young horse, but still more interesting than parish!)
But in the first OG he really could not carry the uniform. Pity. Plus what did they give him as footwear? Orthopaedic running shoes? 1980 LAGear? Naaah...
(Almost as horrible as the uniform given to SAS officers in Ultimate force. For pete's sake, that think woolly jumper in green with epaulettes...and a blue elastic belt to cut your midriff in two? Well above belly button?? Yeeeek!!)

Purely for Operation Bulge research I have been looking at clips from Low Rise to Candleford and I have noticed that in that period, the style of men's trousers were High Rise, with front pleats, plenty of fabric. Absolutely no chance of Operation Bulge.

I was more thinking the ssssssex is consumed, now it's time for a little tenderness....

I'm watching GNorton and the 1D boys are on. GN showing tweets from their super fans. What will happen if the cast of Our Girl go on? Fine art, Limericks, fanfic, stag pants, operation bulge.... This list goes on!

Soz I'm not keeping up here with devpts on thread coz I still can't get Blip.tv stuff outta my nut. Desperately need a full-on CJ fix to remind me that that bell end in Aran jumper did indeed finally grow up into an all-man Adonis in combats.

richtea have studied the two photos you have posted very carefully, from different angles and in contrasting light conditions and although the other lady is very good looking its MD for me as you suspected.

Cherin another great picture. Have been wondering whether the horns on CJ stag are an advantage or disadvantage during (ahem) rutting. Are they a health and safety risk or do they create opportunities in terms of additional leverage? In other words is it worth investing in a pair?
