I have 10mins before I leave and have set up ep 9 to watch when I get back from school run!

For the first time ever I am behind on reading the thread. Been a bit "all over the shop" - found a large breast lump at the weekend, by the time I went to docs on Tuesday it was infected. Before I went I googled, thinking the infection was a good sign, but needless to say I wish I hadn't. Doc didnt say anything reassuring and I have a consultant appointment on Monday. The antibiotics the dr gave me seem to have worked and the lump is smaller and no longer red/hot so I am trying not to worry but it is difficult.

Just posting now to say I voted on the radio times poll and OG is ahead. Sorry if this is old news but I am still reading back on page 18!

Fantastic thanks for the link Icemist. I assumed we'd have to wait months not hours to see BY on screen again. I too am not going to get half the stuff done I need to do today -just loading episode 9 up now.

Beingfrank so sorry to hear that. You're right it's never a good idea to Google any medical problems. My doctor told me off once about that after I'd got myself into a right state. Hope all goes well on Monday.

beingfrank hope the antibiotics sort everything out, so sorry to hear that though. Hopefully operation bulge, zombies and the rest of the madness on here will be a bit of a distraction, if at all possible.

Thanks ladies! Yes, I can see there's another large instalment of fanfic to entertain me when I get time to catch up. Have to go to work now unfortunately so if you keep on posting at the usual rate I may take a while to get back up to date!

Was Reign the thing BA was in before or is it completely new?

I'm out with father this morning doing food shopping..... Then wants to do some Christmas shopping. I am trying to persuade him that I can do it all online for him. I need to get home and watch the link and read FF. RL is getting in the way.

Beingfrank stay positive. I've had a couple of referrals for things like this in the past and in the vast majority of cases everything is fine. I know its a worry but the clinics are good and do everything quickly. Find yourself something that you like doing or watching (any ideas?) and immerse yourself in that in the meantime. Distraction is the best option for now. Good luck!

Just checked the Radio Times poll

Our Girl is ahead by the hair of horse's nostril at 50.02% against 49.98%.

Less than four hours till the poll closes. If it can beat Sherlock I seriously think it can win outright although I've never seen 'In the Flesh'! This is definitely more fun than the General Election or the Scottish Independence vote!

icemist, excellent detective work, well done and thank you! Will be very interesting and exciting to see him in something where he's not younger than CJ. Although, is it sacrilege to say this - it probably is- that reign pic is nowhere near as lush as some CJ pics. Please don't boot me off this thread for voicing that!!
Just had a look at the reign website link you gave us for BA. Yes we should have something like that for OG shouldn't we, though I don't think there was any need for them to mention his family members.

Just occurred to me, di you think SPO had to leave us because he's been secretly recruited by TG to help him write the next series?! Wouldn't that be great, I wouldn't mind series 2 being full of zombies if SPO had had a hand in writing it!!

i'm just so happy that I figured it out weeks ago . I did notice the production company had followed BA while back but didnt want to get my hopes up. Who knew stalking occasionally looking at someone on twitter and never as soon as you wake up would have good such results. Have had a few messages asking how I found it they should have followed the same people I did

Now I'm wondering about the film he's supposedly making and if its a completey new project ?

cannot be ar*ed voting now, there is obviously a lot more people voting for Sherlock versus the handful constantly voting for Our Girl. Would have been nice to win, but top 4 BBC shows of 2014 gotta to be proud of that!

Also firegirl did we ever ask SPO if he really was Tony Grounds masquerading as a Dad on mumsnet? I know we asked him if he was Klipdoctor and that was denied. Food for thought. You know how I like a false rumour. Still wondering about being up a mountain and lumber Jack shirts, though!
