I've watched EP 9 and they all speak like CJ...not sure 100% what's going on and DVD of the 1st series is £30 on amazon as its an import product.

I'm the same icemist - was trying to vote on my phone, I don't usually give up, but it was painful! Sherlock has a much more established fanbase (and probably has lots of computer geeks who know how to work the system), so we have done so brilliantly to get OG as far as the semis - and done as well as we have in that! Who would have thought it! Hopefully the BBC will take note ... you never know!

I really hope BA doesn't have any sort of dodgy accent in Reign .... although maybe it would stop me getting to involved in another program!

Well my flabber has been truly gasted! I go on 24hrs R&R and come back to find more new fanfic than I can shake a stick at, PLUS a whole new ball bag of an American drama featuring BA with you lot of cockwombles going into menopausal meltdown!! Aah! I can't cope with so much to catch up on, it's driving me nuts when there's so much to do in RL...

I'd love to know where one's flabber is and how one gasts it. Sounds like a case for Susie Dent in Dictionary corner!

Before I check out this Reign gig, can someone please confirm BA does not look or behave anything like that f.muppet in the Bliptv clip? I'm still having night sweats over that and can't take another disappointment. Were low slung trousers and headsets invented in Tudor times? I'm thinking possibly flowing red velvet cape and white tights with a garter...no that's Henry VIII, please tell me he's still drop dead gorgeously marvelous and not remotely effeminate!

Icemist, I am attempting to watch Ep 9 on iPad and it is asking me register with videostripe does that seem right to you?

icemist what did you think of the episode you've watched? Just looked at the wiki site for the series and it looks a bit corny (dodgy male costumes and lots of nubile young women with flowing locks). Am just worried that BA won't be in CJ mode and like cjwoof I'll need therapy to get over the disappointment.

However, I am prepared to grit my teeth and watch it for the purposes of Operation Bulge.

I'm train to watch it now, but I am not very technical and can't get it to work. I need icemist to move in with me!

Part of me doesn't want to accept him as anything other than CJ, but I am too bloody intrigued with the possibility of codpiece and bulge!!

Do you think costume department had to design a special codpiece to accommodate The Bulge? Now that would be a measuring job yo die for richtea!!

I don't want to build hopes up here, but I swear I've heard of this Reign series as it was featured in the Daily Mail on Saturday feature "What's going there (US) and What's Coming Here". It's a column in the tv pages that tells readers of successful US TV series coming to the UK soon and vice-versa. I'm pretty desperate sure a while back it mentioned Reign was coming to UK TV, but that probably means Series 1, ie. pre BA's appearance. I'm going to rummage around in My Sky to see if it's coming onto one of those obscure channels and report back.

All I found is it might be picked up, but as yet nothing. geek town website is great for stuff like that

Busy rehearsing this afternoon for our charity event on site tomorrow. My compere for the event is a lovely guy who brought his PA system and microphone in today. He was showing off for a bit and was swinging the mic - he couldn't understand why I laughed so much. Then he suggested a duet and I was howling with laughter. I asked innocently what he had in mind but I caught him on the hop and he couldn't think of anything.

He's a totally lovely guy but so not CJ!
