And the Paris lead ends with Rini getting her throat cut.

Not really following the Romanian story - can anyone briefly explain.
We still don't know how Emily ended up with police liaison man, how Baptiste hurt his leg, how policeman ended up in jail and what it was he found in the drain. Nor do we know what the journalist wrote in his book.
I agree there is a link between Molly and Vincent otherwise why keep showing us her photo.
Molly went missing, Ian supposedly went missing (though looks like he is dead) - what happened to their bodies? Ian's wife seems to be in a wheelchair as well as having lost her mind. Sorry just rambling really - have watched most recent episode twice and still can't work it out.
Very well done so far though - hope the ending lives up to the build up.

There was an undercover police man trying to infiltrate a Romanian trafficking gang.
The undercover cop was going out with the sister (Rini the teacher) of a gang member.
The cop told Baptiste that he had information and the gang may have been involved with Ollie.
The ganged flushed out the cop and killed him.
Baptiste persuaded Rini to go and meet her brother to try and get more information from him, she was wearing a wire.
At the meeting one of the gang slashed her throat.

The yacht episode is in Mrs Garrett's imagination, she is in a care home.

Ah there are so many x posts and theories all over the place - this is the busiest thread i've been on in a while, I cant keep up at all!!

Anyone able to do a list just of people they think are involved in the kidnap?

Thanks. that more or less explains the Romanians to me. Hope it doesn't turn out to be them as that is the least well done bit in my opinion though probably will do with all the best bits being red herrings.

I can't do a list as my mind changes daily! The only one I don't think is involved is Lovely Baptiste, so it'll probably end up being him.

I think there must be a connection between Molly and the story. And why is Vincent still featuring so heavily? And what was Ian's secret, so awful that it has driven his wife mad? Something to do with Molly?

And there's something dodgy about the wife. In fact, there's something dodgy about them all, but I hope Julien's not involved in anything dodgy.

Another thought. Sylvie said booze is what made Alain sick - when she said "you'll be late for your meeting", could she have meant an AA meeting?

I agree, forago, the brother admitted they set up the whole thing. They knew they had a rat so they made up the false info to find out who it was. The reason the Romanians are still involved is that they may know the whereabouts of Karl Sieg, who was the cleaner whose van was spotted outside the house where Olleh was held in the basement. Excuse my crappy grammar, it's that time of day.

Suspects so far would appear to be the Romananian gang, Vincent (though he denies it), also Ken Stott (now dead), possibly the police chief who is mates with Ken Stott. The man in the cleaning van, the hotelier and her husband (not clearly spelled out, but possibly suspicious) likewise the men at the garage. I would say the fact that they are suspects almost certainly means it won't be any of them.

How is Ian funding himself if he doesn't work?

Ian had his company didn't he?

I don't think it was the Romanian gang. How would they know that tony would be swimming with ollie? It seems too opportunistic for them to take ollie like that.

What was Ian's company? Perhaps he has sold his house or something to raise money to keep searching.
