I'd be pretty pissed off if I'd paid ££s to go to a famous Indian restaurant, only to find out it was cooked by some posh bird and Evil Trevor off Eastenders.

May I just say that I think the celebs this series are an unutterably boring lot, very unengaging. Dull dull dull.

Maybe it's a Nigella-style set-up. Like the infamous episode where she appeared to be on a Routemaster bus improbably going down a Mayfair street, with lots of passengers who might not have been entirely genuine.
