Masterchef the Professionals 4th Nov!

BBC2, 8.30pm. Monica is back. Michel is back. Sadly, Greg is also back, but we can't have everything. This is my favourite Masterchef variant, so I am a happy bunny.

Adam was my favourite at the start of this week, but now I'm totally rooting for Scott.

He and Stephen seem to have gained loads of inspiration and confidence from crazy Massimo, and you can tell they have stepped up a gear in their cooking as a result. Adam just came over as a bit of a prima donna. Of the three he is the one I would least like to work for.

Scott also seems to have undergone a complete personality change as he is smiling broadly the whole time . Apparently he is Welsh, but was brought up in Scotland BTW.

I wish he would do something else than chocolate for pudding for a change. I'm very meh about chocolate in general.

Agree Scott and Steven have blossomed after the madness of Massimo, adam is still very " buttoned up" and it's getting in the way a bit now.

And yes there are other puds than chocolate!

I too have found myself rooting for Scott. He seems so excited by cooking and inspired and enthusiastic! whereas Adam seems to have turned into the grinch.

Which is rather sad.

I admire Stephen's food rather than wanting to eat it.

Wasn't it lovely to see Monica ruling the pass? I wish she was on here, I reckon she'd blaze a trail through AIBU and end up watching crap telly bitchily with us. I love her.

I think Monica is a Mumsnetter. When she has time, which isn't very often.

Scott is lovely, Adam should win but I think Stephen will get it. He makes fewer mistakes.

Scott is to stuffed pasta what Adam is to chocolate. I am over his stuffed pastas already.

Hi Olivia! Sous vide vac packing has been a bit of a theme this series.

Monica is braver than I am, I have a feeling I know roughly what oyster juice tastes like and i'm not having that in my throat again.

Lol Olivia - it seems de rigeur to use the vac the sous-vide and a pressure cooker to make your kermit jus
