Masterchef the Professionals 4th Nov!

BBC2, 8.30pm. Monica is back. Michel is back. Sadly, Greg is also back, but we can't have everything. This is my favourite Masterchef variant, so I am a happy bunny.

My winning order is Adam, Scott, Steve. Love the first two but the Horshamite is getting on my nerves a bit with his sycophantic sucky upping to Massimo, Michel and Monica.

Just noticed that Scott is doing the smoky theatrical thing that Adam did in an earlier episode -only in a teapot.

I am feeling the heat just watching this-{ faints from heatstroke}

I do think whomever says that Adam keeps looking like he's failing but then excels is right. Really strangely paced this year.

DH loves his pressure cooker. Does a great spag Bol in it amongst other things (double retro!)

There was something missing last night, as well as the mint! It seemed soulless and not very exciting.

I'd have been tempted to serve an ocean of mint 'chocolate shards in a mint sea' or something. He could have slung it on the plate a la Massimo. Yes! Chocolate Shards a la Massimo? That would have worked. The waiters could have just gone round murmuring to the chefs who'd ordered it.

Adam is such a whinger. He sees problems not solutions. What a nightmare he'd be to work with.

I liked Stephen for his positivity but he always has the perfect response and again, he'd be a nightmare to work with with all that sucking up.

Scott seems to be the man with no personality. Perhaps he should win for just letting the food do the talking. He's probably the easiest to work with.

My Harden's Guide arrived on Monday. Spent most of the programme checking all of the restaurants that were referenced yesterday.

I think I like Scott best. Adam has gone much too whingy for my liking.
