BBC2, 8.30pm. Monica is back. Michel is back. Sadly, Greg is also back, but we can't have everything. This is my favourite Masterchef variant, so I am a happy bunny.

There's a restaurant somewhere way up north in a Scandinavian country that only use local ingredients and so in the winter, this is the kind of cooking they feature. It was in the, Observer Food Monthly a few months ago.
