Have started a new thread as the old one won't accept my message. So I'll repost it here:

Fuzz has form for being beyond thick. Remember the whole stape thing? Her character is just incredibly stupid. You'd think she would learn her lesson. Running away 'on a fishing boat' with £200 is like a story from a 16th century novel.

Re the abduction I think they were wrong. Lots of mums keeps kids from fathers for all manner of selfish reasons and abduction is not the answer. However I do think ty was desperate. But why won't he just let the court decide ffs. He's got loads of evidence. I'm getting to the point in this story where I'm actually ready to punch him myself! In fact have felt a tiny bit sorry for k when they stole ruby. Surely the writers can't have intended for this to happen? God knows. Im away next week so hopefully I'll miss the stupid court stuff and be back for some proper corrie storylines.

They had to Muriel. There are scenes from outside the court house. The paps have been waiting so if ty comes out of court smiles and hugging fiz then we would already have our answer as it would be all over the papers.

The actress playing Kirsty was on This Morning a few weeks ago, looks like she left corrie.

Agree Faye is annoying, but a good likeness between her & Tim, they have matching chins!

Also, David reckons they can't afford a new telly, but they have no qualms about taking on a mortgage!

also what happened to Gail's dad (think I saw him in another soap) but he just disappeared. Perhaps he could have supported her with the house.

Something Gail said last week made me think that David and Kylie haven't actually bought the house yet. So WHY WHY WHY is Gail already giving up her bedroom etc etc? And how can Kylie be so hard on her seeing as how it's Kylie's fault Gail is in this mess? Why would her own son not have a smidgeon of pity towards her? Disclaimer: actually hate Gail but this storyline is pathetic and so WRONG!!

Yes, the Kevin storyline must be giving the writers a headache because Kevin would obviously have been a major witness in court. Interesting to see how that pans out. But agree it's gone on far too long.

Have just seen that someone is getting axed! I won't say who because some posters might not want to know but it's on Yahoo TV page. And someone I think is rubbish anyway so no loss really.

I adore Roy. Those bags are a northern thing and I think they are called 'Carringtons' or something like that. Used to see lots of folk from Birkenhead carrying them, more so the men in the days before man bags

I think they should bring Spider back, he was so funny, and also Graeme. There are clips on you tube of Graeme moments, or there used to be.

Count - I knew I'd seen Tim before. It was annoying me but I couldn't place him! Thought he just had 'one of those faces'.

Fizz has got the most awful teeth - they're like a 5 year old's rotting milk teeth.

It was in the paper about Tim's double-casting as two different characters - apparently loads of Corrie fans complained about it!! It did annoy me too although I didn't complain about it to ITV!

Kylie- It's already been revealed to Gail that it was her that gave Lewis the password? Must be the quickest resolution to part of a storyline

Silvia/Royston/Hayley- I love them just the way they are....they need Becky back though.

Steve and Mister Lister Sir- The case of the missing tortoise....one of the best story lines at the moment

agree about the tortoise story - corrie does these so well!
Eric looks so much like Roy I thought it would trun out to be his dad, especially after Roy's mum's waspish remarks when he bought the drinks.
