also about samurai guy - i was wondering how he was going to exact justice in a scenario where we are at a court, where police are on trial. surely, even in denmark, there would be significant security? so i can't see him managing to wield his sword of justice and take out several policemen. then i wondered - could he be set up for a ritual suicide in a public place instead?? when he said he was not coming back to the apartment i thought he meant he would be arrested or killed by a police sniper or something - but maybe it's simpler than that (suicide) - but just as dramatic?

Quirky cop quite interesting. Lots of different stories and I can't see how they connect yet.

I am loving this programme but maddening that teenager running away from home would randomly end up in apartment of samurai man. Feels like a plot coincidence too far.

Have added to other thread too. Teenage girl in flat with samurai nutter - just so spooky and scary. Had to keep stopping tv - pressed pause!

wow - anyone else think he (perp) is playing saga? he set her up to assume it's a police officer, so the one unit that should stick together to find him will end up being riven apart by suspicion.
thing is, when we saw him listening in to the police radio i thought that too - and then by the time he suggested it to Saga I thought that it was too obvious.

in response to earlier q - bomb squad walked away to save their own skins. they thought the car was about to blow and there was nothing they could do to save him so they saved themselves. you could say harsh, but at the end of the day the officers would then live to save another life another say (watched the hurt locker the other night so may be projecting there a tad!)

smugmum am sure that August is messaging the perp, but he thinks he is speaking to an ex. put it this way - have we seen him talk to the girl on a mobile? so how does he know it's her?

also - was it explicit in Swedish that August and Saga had slept together, or just that he stayed over? would be a good fit for the theme of mistaken or erroneous communications running through this.
