mousy i think tache and samurai are tools, pawns, who have bought into whatever TT wants to achieve.

they help him do his dirty work when he can't be there in person.
e.g. it would not surprise me if stefan originally took bjorn - it seemed mighty coincidental that he arrived in the police station when neither saga nor martin were there. was that because he knew they weren't there, but can say "oh but i came in..." to make him look unconnected?

Loved it this week but the levels of concentration required to follow the rather labyrinthine plot are making my head spin.

I love Saga and Martin has a great laugh and smile.

I can't decide if August is relevant or not. The Samurai guy is interesting. I felt sorry for Anja with her dad. She reminded me of some of my students.

am going to need to rewatch on iplayer to pick up all the clues - but did they say the taser went missing in 2001 ? if so, that means this has been even longer in the planning.....
i was thinking about the skillsets the person needs to do this and think that TT either has or employs people who have:

• knowledge of how to insert a canula to drain someone of blood in a particular way (medical knowledge?)
• knowledge of where homeless people tend to be - to deliver the wine (works with the homeless?)
• knowledge of poisons (again medical knowledge?)
• knowledge of people with mental health issues - to find and work with samurai guy (again medical knowledge???)
• financial knowledge of the top 4 property magnates in both countries (could come from financial papers to be fair)
• knowledge of empty properties
• access to police premises/computer systems and the computer systems running the bridge's electricity (cop? computer whizz?)
