As someone else said, the sound effects (the pickaxes in skulls) are worse than the gore. Didn't bank on the sister shooting Amy.

Was sad when they left the bitten man behind.

I don't understand why sister had to wait for Amy to turn when she shot her. Surely it would have been more humane to do it while she was 'dead'?

I don't think she had to wait for Amy to reawaken as a zomblie (I'm never going to call them anything else now) - I think she just couldn't bear to do it until it was definite, iyswim.

I'm glad they are making another 13 episodes, but I really hope they don't drag it on too long with increasingly bizarre storylines..."Lost" springs to mind.

... yet I've found no need to comment on all the mutated zomblie bodies.

I agree about Scientist guy having a weird body but I think I know why. I recognised the actor from loads of films and he used to be a lot bigger, then he went really thin at one point. Too thin, now he looks like he has put some weight back on, but it looked like his skin might be a bit loose or something. That would be my guess anyway.

Another great episode - I agree with JulesJules, I think she just waited till Amy changed because she couldn't bring herself to do until then. She was still Amy before that point so it was easier to wait till after as she was no longer her sister anymore.

I think the guy who got bitten and infected put them in an awkward situation. If that was me I would shoot myself in the head so I could end it myself, and that way there would be no chance of coming back as a Zombie. That same guy admitted in the last ep that he had only managed to get away because the Zombies were eating his family while he escaped. By doing the noble thing and shooting himself before he turned he would have gained some respect in my eyes but I'm sorry, I just thought he was a shithouse basically! (Sorry for the rant lol!)

Needz to watch the last two episodes. Next week is the last apparently. Is the guy from 'Love Actually' still alive?

Man I'm loving this and its darkly funny too (custodian gangster hahaha)... gonna miss it till next year ...will be watching Epi 5 this week then Epi 6 ...we should all meet here and watch final Epi (or am I a sad git)

The bitten bloke (Jim?) said he wanted to be with his family so I understand that to be he's happy to turn into a zomblie?
But does that mean that zomblies can find each other? in a thinking way he'll track down his family?
And if they were 'eaten' as he said then will they be zomblies or just dead?

JustKeep . . Yeah I understood it the same way as you. He seemed to accept the fact that he would turn into a Walker and so in a crazy kind of sick way would be reunited with his family.

Whilst I was watching last night's ep I was thinking about the child actors in it. There are some horrible scenes in this show, and last night I was thinking about how I would never in a million years allow my child to be an actor on it! I don't care how good the money is!

Love this series! Like the way there are bits which aren't just gore. The zomblies (love that) are more gross than usual films. Think the sister wanted to see Amy 'alive' just one more time. I was nervous when she was starting to move. Kept thinking she was going to go for a chomp! What do we think has happened to the one in the handcuffs? Is he going to reappear or is he a zomblie?

He'll definitely reappear, still human i think, but not sure he'll be on their side to start with.

I wondered if he had somehow lured the zomblies to the camp for the attack. I even had visions of him piling them in the van, but seemed unlikely!

The Walking Dead is ace! Has anyone watched any of Breaking Bad? I cant remember if its on FX or not, no zombies but its kick ass too :)

We've got the first series of breaking Bad on DVD but not got round to watching it yet, maybe once Walking the Dead ends we'll watch it instead.
