DD school refused this morning. First she refused to give DS1 back his iPod that he had kindly lent to her yesterday because hers is broken.

I insisted she give it back. She then decided

Great news, I've found ss to be great, once you get over the initial hurdle of getting them to agree to help!

PuggyMum · 28/01/2014 20:25

What a difference a couple of days have made.

I'm so pleased you finally seem to have the support you need and deserve.

Fantastic news. I hope CAMHS is able to help!

Doinmummy · 28/01/2014 21:11

I'm in the same boat DD just been carted off in a police car

Hopasholic · 28/01/2014 21:40

Oh couthy how you've managed thus far I'll never know. Just wanted to say thank god you're finally getting the support you all deserve. It's just disgraceful how you've been treated/threatened and ignored.

A break through at last. Of course she loves you. You're amazing Flowers

How are you doinmummy?

PacificDogwood · 28/01/2014 21:42

Doinmummy Thanks
Wishing you strength.

Doinmummy · 28/01/2014 21:43

Thankyou Pacific . I'm a bit numb. God knows what will happen tomorrow

RhondaJean · 28/01/2014 21:45

I've been busy too couthy, this is great news, totally great. Well done.

Doin - what has happened?? Are you ok?

Doinmummy · 28/01/2014 21:50

Don't want to hijack the thread. I'm in shock I think. dD had me locked in the lounge, screaming and shouting at me. My lodger called the police as DD has been violet to me before

PacificDogwood · 28/01/2014 21:57

Ah, Doin {hugs}

Start a thread for support when you feel up to it?
Is somebody there with you?

Commander6 · 28/01/2014 21:58

Brilliant. Well done.

Commander6 · 28/01/2014 22:00

To Couthy that is.

Agree with Pacific. If you are up to it.
Otherwise probably Couthy wont mind if you stay on here?
Have the police arrived?

RhondaJean · 28/01/2014 22:00

Oh doin. Yeah start your own thread when ready, I will come and sympathise, I find it hard enough with a reasonably well behaved nt teenager.

CouthyMow · 28/01/2014 22:01

Doin, don't worry about hijacking the thread! It's an awful feeling, isn't it? What was it over? Feel free to chat.

I also have a stinking cough and cold courtesy of 3yo DS3. I feel like pants! Thank god for the cough suppressing action of co codamol (taken for my arthritis!)

Currently waiting in the freezing cold for a taxi home, after college.

(((Hugs))) doin.

Wish there were magic answers to all this, and it wasn't so bloody HARD to deal with. Do you think time in the cells will calm her down?

Toddlers should come with a public health warning IMO - hope you feel better soon, Couthy and safe trip home.

CouthyMow · 28/01/2014 22:12

Taxi still not here yet. And it's bloody arctic out here!!
