Evening all. Im on the fizzy water and teA and feeling like a saint. dP is really good at driving the booze free beginning of the week as I think he's scared I'll end up in rehab otherwise ....

I'm embracing the Anything Goes thing Serial! We had strawberries and ice cream for tea and I cancelled my walk to work regime this morning. I'm also developing a shower addiction. hopefully it'll replace my other addictions

I'm only managing 2 or 3 a week but def feel better the morning after dry days. Think I'm making up for it on drinking days too!

2 or 3 dry days a week is great going Ponz. I get what you mean about making up for it on the other days. I'm a bit like that with coke. Once the floodgates are open, I have a worryingly insatiable appetite .
Wish I was a take it or leave it sort of person who could say "I'll have a small line and then I'm off to bed."

Really craving it tonight and my shower addiction is out of control.

I know, I deserve a medal! Ditto to the lack of moderation. On my night of madness I had at least 4 really big lines in 45 minutes. Ridiculous. I realise that I have no self control at all.

Were you timing yourself Serial? That sounds like a PB.

That's me too, and the reason it's best if I avoid that first line. It took me a long time to work that out and I still kid myself sometimes...

Swerved it tonight though and looking forward to bed.

It was nearly a PB I think. Certainly Olympic standard. Am looking forward to bed tonight - am too tired and too hot!!

I think I've achieved a personal best for the longest shower category tonight.

I'm knackered too Serial this week feels very long. And hot. Drove home from work and realised I couldn't actually hold the steering wheel as it was burning my hands. It was problematic.

This week has been an endurance test! Feel so sorry for pregnant people that I work with. Tomorrow should be cooler though - I hope so cos I've reached the limits of FUCKING hot weather work wear. Another day like today and I'll be going in in me bra and pants.

Sounds like you're suffering with coke on the brain Ponz I have chronic bouts of it where my mind starts mulling over where I can get it, can I justify it, this time the comedown will be fine, in fact there won't be a comedown because I'll make sure I'm in bed by a certain time...

I must admit, I'm seething with jealousy about "one on it's way" . God I love that feeling of anticipation.
I was determined to have a clean weekend but having a bit of a wobble tonight. At the moment I'm aiming to keep distracted and busy round the house.
The truth is, I'm bored and really want a line!
