By keeping busy, seeing lots of family and getting my pyjamas on early and watching films every night, I've managed a whole bank holiday weekend clean! I'm patting myself on the back.

My goal is to be able to go out socially without the fear that I'll turn it into a mental drugs session. And actually enjoy doing things in moderation.
I'm not quite there yet..
