It's too hot here to run home, I think I'll walk back today wish I brought the car now.

How about this lost. Yesterday I drove to work, left the car there, walked home. Today I walked to work, drive home. Thereby halving the walking because I am lazy. It only works if you don't need to be a taxi in the evenings.

That is indeed a cunning plan Dusty. I think I've been quite ambitious with my running home everyday. Although I walked today. I was a sweaty unattractive mess!

Oh well at least I've been collapsing early into bed every night.

I'm on enforced good behaviour as have a hospital appointment in the morning to investigate my heart palpitations. Pretty sure it's down to Stress and the peri menopause and not my life style but best to get it checked. Better not turn up on a comedown with heart beating a million beats a minute, that would take some explaining

A nurse once measured my blood pressure at a pill check after I'd been on it all night and was shocked it was suddenly much higher than usual. She kept saying, I don't understand this.

I was still on my surfboard last night. I had two drinks and fell asleep! Not sure why I've been SO exhausted these last few days. Is this what a bit of exercise does to you?

Yes we're all turning into the elderly. A week of walking to work and running home absolutely ruined me. I won't be doing a marathon anytime soon. I think my legs would fall off.

You should ease yourself into this running lark Lost, maybe just run once or twice a week to begin with, your body needs time to recover. It's hell at first but after a few weeks you see an improvement and feel really pleased with yourself
